He came right away and it was an easy fix. He didn?t need to replace anything. He is a little chatty; so on the professionalism part, I would say that that?s not too professional. He is good at what he does and he does respond promptly. His price is great. He is very punctual and he does what he says he?s going to do.

He was very professional and very helpful. We called him and he explained what we should try on our won. If we had any issues to give him a call and he would either talk us through or would come down to the house. We would use his service. Actually he did not come down to the house but on the phone he told us what to look for and we need to get a ladder to actually do it. Over and above he was very helpful. I did not spend anything.

Overall he is wonderful to work with.

I contacted Kevin via email late Sunday night because my side by side refrigerator (both frig and freezer, '98 vintage) were not cooling. I tried to clean the condensing coils myself, but couldn't get to most of the dust bunnies under the frig in the coils. I called Kevin around 9am and he was here by noon. He ask me a little history while he observed the mess in the condensing coils. He went to work to clean out the coils and showed me how to do it myself and what tool I needed. He recommended I do it annually as part of my spring cleaning as he said this problem often shows up as the weather starts to warm up in the spring. After he cleaned the condensing coils, he ask me a few more questions and recommended that we look at the evaporating coils (the one behind the back wall in your freezer). They were not freezing up which he determined meant the frig was low on refrigerant. He checked that and it was indeed low. He filled up my refrigerant. He said that hopefully it was a slow leak in the refrigerant system, but told me what to look for. Kevin was great. He was very reasonably priced and provided me with a lot of information to help us maintain our refrigerator better. This tells me he truly cares about his customers. I'll be calling him the next time I have an appliance issue.

Kevin came out and adjusted the evaporater fan for my fridge. He told me what it would cost to replace and how to replace it myself if I wanted to save some money. I appreciated his honesty.

I knew ahead of time what he was going to do and how much he would be charging me. He was good. His price was reasonable. I would use him in the future.

Our freezer unit suddenly stopped keeping food frozen. I called Kevin because he is a top rated provider on Angie's list. He came out within the hour, quickly found the problem, fixed it, explained a lot to me about my unit, cleaned the coils and didn't charge me an arm and a leg! I recommend him highly.

Came out the same day I called - identified the problem quickly and fixed it. Also cleaned the dust and dog hair out of the back and bottom of the fridge and was generous with suggestions about how to maintain it and what to watch for. I would call again, but hope I don't have to.

I realized in the middle of the afternoon that the refrigerator wasn't cold. I called Kevin and he came out in about an hour, even though it was late in the day. He was unable to fix the entire problem at that time, as it was too late to get the needed part. He defrosted the coils, which he said would hold it for a week. I was unavailable the next day, but he came two days later and replaced the control board. While he was here he mentioned that my dishwasher was possibly leaking underneath. He investigated and found that it was leaking. I appreciated him noticing a possible problem and pointing it out to me.

Kevin returned my call requesting service promptly, made an appointment, kept in touch the morning of the appointment and arrived within the promised time frame. We talked as Kevin did the work and it's obvious he has a extensive experience repairing a lot of things around the house. Kevin provided information on how I could properly maintain other items around the house. The work was completed quickly and accurately.

Great service. Kevin showed up on time and performed all of the services in exemplary fashion. Would definitely hire him again.

Based on my phonecall, Kevin obtained a replacement heating element prior to his visit. He arrived precisely on time. He ran through some tests on the dryer, and determined that the only problem was a clogged exhaust vent. He disconnected the exhaust and explained a temporary workaround. He examined the washer and told me that it was not a problem that would get worse, or damage the washer, but would cost a great deal to fix now. He recommended a different company that specializes in dryer vent cleaning, and recommended that I not spend money to fix the washer. As he worked, he vacuumed up dust and lint from behind and under the appliances. He charged me the minimum, less a senior discount, and was finished in about 30 minutes. I greatly appreciate his know-how, and his honesty--he could easily have changed expensive parts in both the washer and dryer, and I wouldn't have been able to say no.

He was great. I had some problems with another company whom I had originally called because they sold the make of the product I had. They did not show up 3 times on my appointment. So I went ahead and took a look at Angie's List and got Kevin's Kwality Appliance from the list. He was great and came on a Saturday at the specific time that I requested. Everything was fixed in half an hour. He gave ideas on the problems that could be and the prices. I did not spend much. It was basically a house call and a half hour labor. It was really easy; he fixed it and there was no problem. He was good and he came when he said he would be there.

I called Kevin at the end of the first week of January. He came and looked at the oven the following Tuesday and left saying he'd have to research it some more and that the unit may have to be pulled out to check the wiring on the back side. A week goes by and I don't hear from him, so I called and left a message on Jan. 18th. He called me on the 19th and was wondering if he could come over. I was on my way to the chiropractor, but told him I would be home in about and hour. He said he might me on the other side of town then. I then told him I would call him when I was on my way home. I called him 45 minutes later on my way home and left him a message on his cell that I would be home shortly. I haven't heard from him since and today is Feb. 10th. From readying the other reports, I agree, he is a nice enough guy, but seems very unorganized. Not to worry though. I did find another repair service that got my oven fixed in just a day and a half!

We had so many projects (some requiring parts to be ordered) that the work had to be done on two different visits. When I described our problems over the phone, Kevin guessed what was wrong with each appliance and turned out to be correct in each case. He did a great job with each project and is a genuinely nice person. We couldn't be happier with his work and will definitely use him anytime we have appliance problems.

WONDERFUL a Plus Plus from begining to end. I would highly recommend him for any service he offers. Also a very nice gentleman who is honest!!!

I explained what I thought was wrong with the oven to Kevin over the phone. Based on our conversation, he picked up the appropriate part and fixed my oven that evening. Kevin was kind and even gave me tips on keeping my refrigerator running well. I would recommend Kevin to anyone.

It went well. He did a full inspection and did not find anything wrong. We have used it for three months since, without any problems, and so I am confident that there really wasn't anything wrong with it in the first place. He indicated that he thought that the motor was probably the problem if there was one, and that if it does turn out that we need it replaced, he'll come back and replace it without charging a service charge. Also, when the washer and dryer were originally delivered, the delivery men put them in next to their respective hook ups, even though that meant that the doors were arranged in such a way that it was difficult for us to move laundry from the washer to the dryer. On his own initiative, Kevin switched the washer and dryer around into a more logical configuration. It was nice to get this done, and I believe that he did it without adding anything to our bill.

When he got into the dishwasher, there were several things wrong. Kevin recommended I replace it. I bought a new one and he installed it for me. He took back the drain pump and didn't charge me for it.

I called Kevin at approximately 9:00 A.M. Wednesday morning. He requested the information on my kitchen stove and assessed the problem. He arrived at our home within the hour and fixed the stove. He was very personable and informative. I was very surprised and happy with the very reasonable repair charge.

I noticed my a small puddle at the front of my washing machine. I called Kevin Friday morning to schedule an appointment for the following week, and he was able to fix it later that morning. Over the phone, he thought that the pump was leaking, but upon inspecting the machine determined that the pump was working fine. He found that the leak was coming from the bleach dispenser, which is a part of the frame and could be an expensive repair. However, the machine is ten years old, and I never use bleach! An agreeable (and cost-effective) solution was to disconnect the solenoid which controls water flow to this device, and it has been working great ever since with no more leaks. The entire cost of the repair was about what GE would have charged just for a service call, without any troubleshooting, parts or labor, so I was very happy. Problem solved, quickly, and at a great price.

Kevin rocked. Got there quickly, got it taken care of quickly. Perfect. Wish I hadn't spent any time looking at it to fix it myself.

I called Kevin because of his A rating on the List. He was prompt in his reply but complained about everything. He told me the part would be expensive but he "thinks" he could source it. I had to give him the model a couple of times so, of course, I was nervous that he wasn't going to get the right one but he did. It was $45 more than what I saw online but his vendor gets to make a profit I suppose and Kevin said he didn't mark it up to me. I gave him specific directions to my loft on the phone and he complained about parking without even knowing where I lived. I told him to call me and I would pay the meter right in front of the building. He didn't want to come in the evening or on Saturday when it was convenient for me but he did arrive punctually on the morning we set. He moaned about the parking (he didn't park where I told him), he moaned about the building, he moaned about needing to move the stove out. He couldn't do the job alone (yes I had to hold the top so he could unscrew and screw it in place) and he didn't have the right tool or a flashlight and had to borrow mine. He had a tough time with the screws and figuring out which ones to remove. I kept saying he was worried about the time and getting a ticket because "you never know how long something is going to take". I promised him I would fill the meter. The job took less than an hour so that wasn't needed and I think $128 for a service call of 40 minutes is a lot. I admit that the way the stove is set up it isn't easy to level but I think the drama was extreme when he hit is knee (he complained about his bad knees often when he was here). I don't have a problem with the quality of work but everything was hard for him and that makes me very uncomforable as a customer. I won't bother him again when I need help because it seems so inconvenient and troublesome for him to do the work.

Our washer died on Friday. We called Kevin Friday afternoon and he came over early Saturday morning. He checked out the washer and saw that it could not be fixed for a reasonable price, that it would probably be better just to buy a new one. He told me where I could get a good washer on sale and then came back when I got home with the washer and installed it for me. He also carted the old washer away. Everything got done in 24 hours, which was great because my husband is in home hospice and we do about 5 loads a day, and I couldn't be gone at a laundromat and leave him alone. Kevin is a good guy and gives personal service.

Kevin answered the phone right away, got the pertinent information, and scheduled me for the next morning 8-10. He showed up around 8:45, even with his GPS first sending him up a closed road (happens here all the time). Quickly repeated my troubleshooting, checked a couple of things I didn't, and then pulled the dishwasher, found the problem, and finished the job. He got along great with my two pugs and had no problem with them providing "assistance". He asked if I found him on Angie's List and gave me the coupon discount. Very pleasant man who didn't waste time. Excellent.
