Great! The crew were very professional, even when I had mid-job changes they listened and my patio, sidewalk, and pond came out awesome! I recommend them to everyone!! Just loved Randy, he took my ideas to another level!

Our experience was great. It took a while to work us into the company's schedule because they are so busy, however once they started they were complete in 2 days. The patio looks great, and we know this will last for years. They took extra care to make sure that the base is set and will not settle. The cuts on the stones are perfect. Randy met with us several time before beginning to set a layout for the patio and to choose stone colors. We love spending evenings relaxing on our patio!
Description of Work: Kettle River installed a new patio in our back yard. Removed necessary dirt and moved the sprinkler system to accomodate for patio.

Randy Smedes of Kettle River came to our home with a full book of examples of their work as well as references. He had practical and tasteful ideas for completing the patio and saved us money by finding a less expensive alternative to the original brick that matched perfectly. It took a while to get on their schedule, but it was nothing outrageous, pretty typical for spring time work. The installation crew was professional and friendly. They talked to us throughout the installation and let us know every step that was happening so we knew we had a quality product. They even humored me by taking some bricks out that I didn't quite like the color of after a section had been completed. They did not complain at all. The finished product is beautiful and well used.
Description of Work: We contacted Kettle River and several others to give us an estimate to design and install an extension to a current brick patio. The original patio was completed by previous homeowners 10 years prior. We liked the existing patio, but wanted to make it more usable. The extension was about 220 square feet in size.
