Keep It Green Tree Care

Got an estimate from Keep It Green. I emailed the owner letting him know that I wasn't ready to have the tree removed this winter and would be looking to schedule it on spring. The owner replied to my email and told me he had me scheduled for Friday. I emailed him back and said, again, that I wasn't ready to have it removed and wasn't sure why he had scheduled an appointment without my authorization and that I would be in touch to schedule. He did not reply. So I called him. On the call he was rude. He told me he had already contracted out the work and it was "inconvenient". I said that I was sorry but I had sent 2 emails saying I was not ready to schedule and why had he scheduled me for an appointment without my authorization. He essentially told me it was my fault (it was not as I had emailed him twice and had been very clear in my emails that I was not ready to schedule and would reach out when I was ready to). He told me when I reschedule he will be charging me 30% additional for the "inconvenience" and to make a better profit. I will not be scheduling with him. He clearly didn't pay attention to my emails, scheduled an appointment without customer authorization, and then said he was going to raise the price on me. Unethical and fraudulent. Really disappointing.

They did an excellent job.

This April 2013 service was for the spring fertilization. He'll be back later for pruning.

They are remarkable. They are very prompt. They are very neat and tidy. They do a great job. Their price is less than half some of the other big companies.

He is excellent. He was on time and gave us the quote, which is exactly what it was. He is good about contacting us with a new contract each year. He also never has any hidden costs. He does an excellent job, our trees look much nicer, and I would recommend him to others.
