Junkyard Frogs

They were late, but they called me to let me know they would be late. The charged me exactly what they quoted me.

I was very happy with what they did and they were very professional and polite.

Paul was available soon after I contacted him, was very cooperative about scheduling, came on time, got immediately to work and finished quickly. I considered getting a Waste Management "Bagster" instead of hiring a junk removal contractor, but as it turned out (at least for the junk I needed hauling), the Bagster total cost would have been $160 (the Bagster cost plus WM's pick-up fee), and Junk Yard Frogs charged me $150. Very satisfied with the service provided.

One of the spring storms left us with substantial broken tree limbs on the sidewalk & in the yard. Paul was available to help us right away & the customer service was excellent. He was quick, thorough & conscientious about not damaging the yard while removing all of the debris. He took care of everything, even though I was unable to be home for the appt. (he was running ahead of schedule). Definitely going to call him again.

After some extensive spring cleaning, cutting down several overgrown tree limbs, tearing out some large bushes, we were left with two very large piles of yard waste. Junk Yard Frogs came out and removed everything - quickly, completely and for a very reasonable price. They also removed an old basketball hoop at no additional charge. Great service - highly recommend.

I would say their service best suits junk that's not inside the home. The employees were very nice & helpful but their operation was pretty basic.

He was right on time and was able to take an addtional item along with the two appliances I had hired him to remove. I would use Junk Yard Frogs again.

I asked Junk Yard Frogs to remove a HUGE dirt pile in the alley on the side of my fence that built up for years. The pile was probably 6 ft deep, 6 ft high, and 20 ft wide. I called Paul Robbins at JYF on Monday, and he was ready to get the work done that day. I couldn't do it that day though, so we rescheduled for Wednesday. The beautiful part is that I wasn't even home or had to spend time coming home during the process. His employee showed up with a Bobcat and removed everything. It cost $350 for the entire job. Paul was great to work with and very efficient.
