I've had Jones Tree and Lawn taking care of my yard for a year and a half now. My grass looks fantastic, and my trees are healthy and look great as well! Workers are always polite, prompt, and take great care of my property and any clean up needed. You can't go wrong hiring this company!

The work went great. The crew was punctual, quite personable, very professional, and did a GREAT job. They asked before using the driveway to stage branches for chipping, They reviewed the work order with us before any activity was started to make sure we were all on the same page. As work progressed they checked if we were satisfied with the results.

They've been really good for me.

They did a wonderful job. We enjoyed the education we received about trees. Very knowledgeable. This company was the most expensive company to give us an estimate. They were 3 times higher in price. We opted to still hired them because they addressed dealing with electric lines, cable lines, and other issues that concerned us. Great work, but cost over $3,000 for two trees.

They left a quote in my door within a few days of calling. The price for the work was in line with what other companies quoted. The only problem was that they said my tree was dead too long to take down safely while the other 3 companies were able to quote it and didn't mention that. I had the tree taken down the following week with no issues whatsoever.

I had used their services before. They sent their annual estimate to repeat, but cost seemed too high. Tom came out that day and reviewed the work and added the tree and shrub removal to make the cost more in line. He also met my deadline for it to be done. After inspecting the work the day after it was done, I was not satisfied with the clean up, called the office, and Zach came that same day, I walked through my expectations, and he went "above and beyond." Phones are answered and messages returned promptly, efficient office staff who follows up to see if you were satisfied and doesn't bill until job is done.

The experience I had was good. I left message and they called me right away. I initially got an estimate from them and then after two weeks I decided to work with them. Then they came out and did the work.

Crew showed up on time, and started out with an inspection of work to be done. Completed work quickly, and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards.

The man who came out and did the estimate was really friendly and clean up was great. When they finally did the service they did a great job. However, the communication and figuring out when they would do the work was a headache, it was weeks between the estimate and when we finally got someone out for the work. They did a good job when they were actually here.

The pricing was very high and he man who came out to my home was very rude. He had an attitude while he was out for the estimate. I asked if they could do the gutters while they were out and instead of politely telling me no he was very rude about letting me know that they charged eight five dollars an hour. He came out pretty quickly; it only took them a couple of days to come out. I would not use them again in the future.

They do an excellent job and our yard is great looking. They let us know what treatments they use and if we need to keep the children off the yard. We had a big weed problem and they have taken care of it. They keep us informed on what we can do ourselves to keep their price down and that makes us happy.

They are great and they have never messed anything up on my lawn. Everything on my lawn, from the grass to the trees looks great. I have absolutely no complaints with them at all. They are always very professional and very nice people to work with. I pay them on a yearly basis.

The company sent Tom Goldtrap to give a free estimate before I contracted for the work, which was lower than two other estimates I received. They then performed the job very much to my satisfaction. They were careful to lower the cut branches directly into my yard, without damage to the fence or my neighbor's yard. They took all refuse away, even including several smaller branches which had previously fallen that I had just laid at the side of my house. In addition, Tom came back to inspect one of the two trees for fungus and disease, and gave me a full report of his findings.

Overall experience was excellent. The 'Meister' lawn application is a slow-release fertilization that lasts all year. No other fertilizing is necessary! It is wonderful! And this includes the other two weed sprays. We also have the stress relief application which helps the drought tolerance in July. Jones is a great company to work with. We have dogs and they call each time before they come out so we can have the dogs in the house and the gate unlocked for them. We have used them for many years.
