Buyers beware! Fraud alert! We got conned by this business. Christian was suppose to diagnose our faulty refrigerator by replacing the circuit board. My wife was upstairs when he melted the ice on the evaporator coils and "supposedly replaced the circuit board" for ~$225. 2 weeks later our refrigerator started having the same issues. We called Christian and told him about it. He came out and said that the board needed to be replaced again- that the sometimes the new one doesn't work out. He said he would come out to provide a temporary fix until the new part came, which he said the part would be overnighted. It's been a few days now and he hasn't shown up when he was suppose to provide "temporary fix", we haven't heard from him, NNNOOOO feedback from him. We got so frustrated that we called another repairmen. They came out and said indeed the circuit board needed to be replaced, but he didn't think Christian replaced it to begin with. The new repairmen showed me the manufacture dates on the refrigerator and the supposedly new circuit board and both were near the refrigerator's manufacturer date of 2010. He said the circuit board was $200 as a part itself (including tax) and showed me the distributor's price for it on the distributor's website. Thought charging $25 for the labor was inadequate, unless Christian never actually replaced the part-thereby pocketing the whole $225! Buyer beware. This is a fraudulent business.
