Joe provided me with the information needed to purchase the correct tub and fixture and then installed it. We are very pleased with the results.

Joe arrived on the scheduled date and on time. He confirmed my suspicion that the pressure regulator was malfunctioning (causing low pressure at times and vibration at other times) and replaced it. He also quickly took care of the shower faucet. I asked if just replacing the seats would resolve it. He took the time to explain why doing a complete rebuild (new seats and springs, packing and cam, and delta ball) was the best way to ensure that the problem would not come back. He provided a very reasonable estimate in advance and did not up-charge us. The water pressure returned, the pipes are quiet and no more shower faucet drips! I will use their services again in the future.

He was great his prices are very reasonable. I wished I called him for the outside faucet I paid the other company 3 times to much. I will tell my friends about him and will call him again for any plumbing issues I have.

Joe is the guy you want for plumbing issues. He knows his trade and he really is an HONEST dude.

I purchased the Angie's List special, $50 for $100 worth of service, I left two detailed messages regarding what I wanted and my available times. I never received a response.

I figured that it would be an easy job for them since we are so close to there office so I called and left a message for Joe. Never heard anything back after a couple days called again and got voice mail again. Left another message and still never heard back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least.

Joe was 1 of 4 contractors on Angie's List that I emailed for a quote and only 2 replied, he was one of them. His quote seemed fair based on what I've read online so I went with him. He showed up on time and was professional and courteous. Very happy with the quality of work he performed.

Quickly found ceiling leak. I assumed it was coming from shower. They found it was toilet and quickly fixed it.

We had a hot water heater fail Friday night. I called Joe at Honest Plumbing and we scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. He was on time, actually a little early. He removed the old water heater and replaced with a new water heater, including replacing the gas line. From start to finish he was done in less than two hours. He was very professional. He took care to bag the old water heater to avoid any leaking as the tank was removed from the house.We could not have been more pleased with the service.

Showed up on time. Evaluated problem and gave an estimate with parts included. Came back within 30 minutes with the parts and completed the job.

Joe was excellent. We didn't have any kitchen water because we discovered that the garbage disposal had a hole in it and the hot and cold water lines were leaking. Because of this, the water had to be turned off in the house. He wasn't able to come out until 8:00 PM but he did this after a long day of work to get the job done. He did an excellent job. Very professional, quick, very clean and friendly. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Will definately use him again!!!

Had a basement riser pump go out and they came out on a Saturday to take care of it. Sam was very meticulous and clearly took pride in his work. We ended up also adding an alarm and all of the work was done well and works flawlessly so far. Good communication, very detail oriented, and good overall experience.

These guys are flexible. He had to come out once and wasn't able to turn off main water. Without complaints, came back a second day to meet the city guys, performed work as requested. Punctual, good communicator, and always answered his mobile.

When called Joe Gonzales was willing to do the job that same night but arranged for installation on next day, Saturday 12/7/2013 at 10am. Arrived on time as scheduled. In less than 2 hours Joe completed the work very efficiently and explained the operation and warranty information. Area was cleaned and left in better condition than he found it. Discussed our issue with relatively low water service pressure and he increased our main system pressure attaching a pressure gauge to a bib showing new pressure setting. This was our second plumbing job by Joe and both experiences were exemplary in every respect, including establishing a friendly, trusting relationship.
