Great communication and work

Todd and his guys were great. Todd came out to our new house, gave a super explanation of how the job would go, and a solid estimate. He even included a discount to this military veteran. The 2-day job went terrifically. The workers were professional, hard working, and committed to doing a quality job. Floors look great and Todd is even coming back out to check on one spot on the floor that may have bubbled. I'd use them again and will recommend them to our neighbors.

Job went great! Interviewed three contractors, selected Todd. Very professional estimating process, very thorough, no surprises. He came when he said he would. He warned of the backlog in scheduling. He scheduled the job, the crew showed up on time, finished when they said and I now have a beautiful garage floor! Very pleased with the process and the final product. One word: Amazing. We recently moved here from CA where people treat their garages like a massive junk drawer you'd find in a kitchen. I was going to have none of that. I'm looking for a garage that tidy, organized, and the envy of neat-freaks everywhere. Todd and the team at Granite Garage Floors we definitely the right people to call. I reached out to Todd four months before our house was even built when researching the epoxy process. Tood was courteous, professional, and patient with my myriad questions and concerns. His team did a phenomenal job and the garage looks fantastic. If it weren't for the bone-chilling temperature (we just moved from CA ... I miss the December warmth already) I'd spent even more time admiring their handiwork. 5 Stars all the way around!

Perfectly! On time, and without any negatives. The installers arrived at the appointed day and time, performed the installation over two days, cleaned up everything when they were done, and left us with a beautiful floor. This work has just been completed, so we have had no experience yet with durability, etc. But based on what I've experienced so far, I'd do it again if I had another garage that needed to be treated.

GGF did a great job. Todd was excellent to work with and very accommodating to both our schedule (and the cold weather). The work was done on-time, professionally and for the price agreed. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. As an aside, a neighbor was so impressed with the work GGF did, they subsequently hired GGF to do their garage floor as well.

We recently had our garage floor finished from Granite Garage Floors. I worked with Todd and he came out twice to make sure we picked the right color and got everything that we needed. After first inquiring about the service, we delayed a bit and had to do another project on our home, but Todd stayed in touch and pursued the job, so we decided to work with him. When it comes to the marketing and business, Todd is very good about this with his company. I'm a pretty particular guy, but I think what struck me most was the professionalism and attitudes of the two guys who did the floor. They presented everything well, had great attitudes, and were able to answer any questions that I had. I don't like having people on my property that don't know the product or can't communicate, and these guys were great, despite less than optimal temperatures in late November. I asked Todd to bring them back to touch up a couple areas that didn't turn out as great as I had hoped, and after review, they agreed there was room for improvement on some areas where the coating didn't take as well as we'd liked. Johnny came back with a great attitude and got everything taken care of; I appreciated his professionalism and concern to make sure we were happy. I always recommend shopping the job around, as there are some other fantastic garage floor finishers in the area that I was able to meet, but if you do decide to pursue GGF, it is very likely that you will be happy with the service and product you receive. Word of warning on this job: Finishing the floor will make it more slick if there's snow on your shoes. I imagine the same will be experienced for rain. The more clear-coat that goes down, the more protected the floor will be, at the cost of traction. Just something to keep in mind and speak to Todd about if it's a concern, beforehand.

A very professionally run company; the work was excellent. My floor came out just like the promotional pictures, with no problems. Todd stays on top of everything; he and his crews are a pleasure to work with. This is the way all businesses that perform work at residences should be run.

Resurfaced garage floor.

Todd was very easy to work with. We did everything over the phone, but he was prompt and reliable to provide his service. Ever y time I walk in the garage I admire the floor, it looks so good!
