+ -1 moreThe inspector did a great job at covering the big items and ensured the home was in working order. We liked getting our report printed out at the end of the inspection. We were advised on following up on some items as can be expected. However, when we did follow up on what was called out as the biggest concern over a structural damage it turned out to be a waste of the engineer's time. The engineer did not understand why this was an issue with the inspection. Overall we had a positive experience. This was the first time buying a home for us so it is hard to compare these services with another.
Description of Work: Provided a home inspection and report for a home we were buying.
