The quality of work done was excellent. The two nsmall kitchen drawers were old (1946) and beat-up, and no replacement drawers were available for purchase. Cory came the very next day, determined the specifications needed for building new drawers, took the old drawers away, built two new drawers and painted them to perfectly match kitchen woodwork. The following day (today) he brought the newly built drawers. They fit well and work perfectly in the original spaces. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Cory for woodwork projects.

The project went really well - got on the schedule in a timely manner and the work moved quickly and efficiently. Delivery came on the promised date. The picture doesn’t have the granite top which is coming from a separate fabricator.

We've now used Fortress Fine Woodworking on three cabinetry projects. All custom designs with some pretty creative aspects to them. What a wonderful team to work with. I really appreciated Cory's expertise and opinions in the design process, the attention to detail really shows in their work, and prices were suitable for the quality that was received. For our first project with them, I wanted to change out the outdated kitchen desk for a pantry. I reached out to the big kitchen and bath company that originally did our kitchen for the previous owners. The other company took weeks at a time to get back to me, gave me a chicken scratch drawing and when I finally got a quote, it was astronomical. I reached out to Cory at Fortress and within two days he had come to my house to take measurements and brainstorm ideas, created a super professional drawing and came back with a reasonable quote. I would work with Cory again in a heartbeat! I was so impressed that he was able to make this vintage roll top desk into a new standing desk for me! The entire process was detailed, thorough, easy, and executed beyond my expectations. Cory helped me make design decisions at the very beginning of the project so I’d know exactly what to expect and he definitely delivered. He was able to raise it up to be standing height, added some cabinets and shelving, and made it truly my style with the gorgeous dark brown stain and unique door knobs. It’s a one of a kind piece of furniture that I’m going to use and love for years. I’m definitely looking forward to getting more custom work done by him in the future.

Everything went wonderfully! Cory is a master at his craft, and he and his assistant Cody spent long hours fabricating our vanity as we designed. It is extremely sturdy and has a beautiful gray finish that was complicated to replicate and they did so to the level of perfection. That is Cory’s way. He has a high attention to detail in all his work, which I greatly valued and appreciated as it matched well with my personality and profession as a materials engineer.
