The kitchen cabinets had pencil, pen and crayon markings on the drawers and doors; the cabinets had spilled garbage and dried sticky messes everywhere; the appliances were covered with burned on food or spilled food. The bathrooms toilets, tubs, showers, and sinks were all encrusted with human waste as well as other unidentifiable matter. The people form Excel did a fantastic job of getting all of the areas clean and back to normal. They did a fantastic job.
Description of Work: When our tenants moved out they left our home is terrible shape. The kitchen had dried food and garbage encrusted on every surface and in cabinets and drawers. All of the appliances were also encrusted with garbage and food inside and out. Our three bathrooms were in the same bad shape. The two people from Excel came in and turned these environmental waste sites into actual living areas of our home. The kitchen cabinets had art work from the seven girls all over the doors and drawers, the wood floor had ground in food and garbage, the bathtubs, toilets and sinks were crusted with human waste. It is hard to believe that people actually live this way. But Excel did a great job of cleaning up the mess.

+ -1 moreWe like everything about them. They were very good with communication. Their price was reasonable. They did a very thorough job. The only dislike was that they don't use green products unless you provide them.
Description of Work: Excel Cleaning did housecleaning for us. They did two cleanings a month.
