Eagle Drain

I called Mr. Don Mitchell on 9/19 to come look at laundry drain. He set an appointment for between 10-12 on 9/20. My husband took off half a day to meet with Mr Mitchell and we waited until 12:00 before he had to return to work. This was one of only two days off I had all month and I really didnt want to spend it waiting for the drain guy. I tried calling Mr Mitchell with no answer for the next couple of hours. His voicemail is full and did not accept messages, probably from customers who are frustrated and angry! He finally called me at 4:00 and asked what time we had set the appointment for because he didn't have anything written down and I told him from 10-12 this morning and that I had waited all day for at least a phone call. He told me he had no memory of setting a time. I told him if he as little respect for his customers than I would find someone else to do the work. His response was " good luck finding someone who walks on water". I have no idea if he is good at his job but his communication and customer service skills are horrible. I would not call or hire this man for any job, unless you plan on wasting your days off waiting for him to walk on water.. DO NOT HIRE

They come right out when you need them. We got next day service. They cost a tad more but are very worth it. They are punctual, efficient, and professional. They were referred to us by our plumber. They also came right back out to fix a problem that happened about 6 months after the job at no additional charge and in a timely manner.

It went extremely well. Don is a real pro, and he knows his stuff. I highly recommend him.

He was great. I thought he responded quickly. He was very professional. He was less expensive than some of the other bigger drain plumbing companies. I thought he was fair. I have no idea how much we spent. We would use their services again in the future.

These gentlemen have been to my house on three occasions over the years, and have done a superb job each time. They're prompt, courteous, and do the job right the first time for a fair price.

WE A MAJOR SEWER BACK UP OVER THE THANKSGIVING WEEKEND, AND EVEN WITH IT BEING A HOLIDAY WEEKEND, THEY WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND REASONABLY PRICED.

EAGLE DRAIN CAME WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FROM WHEN I CALLED AND CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME. JOHN WORKED QUICKLY TO CLEAR THE LINE AND TOOK THE TIME TO GIVE ADVICE ON KEEPING THE LINE CLEAR.
