Fantastic! They bid the work properly and thoroughly. Originally was only the kitchen, but was able to do dining & living room in the same time frame. They said 5 weeks to complete and finished exactly to the day! Cost was only 3% over estimate with 80% of that being permits. Work was top notch. Tile, cabinet installation, and trim all well done. Honest and friendly. I had received 3 other bids and Culligan was a complete project bid and was the best price!

Perfect!! This company is so professional and did such a beautiful job, I couldn't be more pleased! The construction was completed in just over a week. Each day they would throughly clean up their work space. The window and balcony looks so great. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Everything went like clock work. I highly recommend this company, I would use them again in a minute

The process went well, Culligan completed a total remodel (floor, walls, ceiling, everything) of my walkout basement and then a refresh remodel of the upstairs main floor. The work was excellent and the design unique and interesting. Nice design features like wall sconces, cove corners on the walls, cherry handrails, etc. were included. I had my main floor remodeled by Culligan previously (2000) with walls removed, new cherry cabinets installed, skylights, etc. and it has held the test of time and made my home very enjoyable to live in. They have been involved in many historic renovations in the Arvada area so I was unsure whether they would be interested in a walkout basement, but they did and I am very happy they were. I cannot say enough good things about the great work and employees that Culligan Constructions have and highly recommend them.

wonderful experience with this company. they designed a complete finish of basement. added a large master suite with bathoom and walk in closet. art studio space, storage space and enclosed and sound proofed utility room

After meeting with the designer & picking out fixtures, tile, granite ,vanities, etc waited for pricing call back. Never received a call back so I called designer. There was a death in her family so I understood why there was a delay. She stated she would have contractor call me. Contractor called later that day stating he was still working on the design & that would take at least another week. Well, 2 weeks have passed & no contact from contractor. We gave up on him & are currently searching for another company to work with.

We thought that he was courteous, professional and timely. We ended up going with a different bid. He was very expensive compared to other bids. He was prompt, showed up on time. He was professional and courteous. If his bid had been a little more reasonable compared to others we might have gone with him. He seemed to have a good knowledge base of the construction that we wanted to do.

Great experience, Culligan's construction manager gave us lots of options to refinish an old concrete floor and add a closet. Workers arrived on-time every day during the construction and cleaned up thoroughly each night. Good communication throughout, and when we needed a few minor fixes a week later they came right back, fixed it perfectly and didn't charge us. Definitely calling this company for future work in our house, and recommending them to friends.

The work done was very good. Because of logistics, the job took longer than anticipated. They were able to overcome some obstacles. If we need to have any additional work done on the house, we would use the company again.
