Concrete Images

Horrible. The work completed is extremely sloppy and tremendously discolored. There are a million tiny holes all over the entire driveway noticed the day after completion once we could examine it. They continuously no showed, no called during work time. They left work related trash on my property. I am unable to reach anyone on main business line. The owner will not respond to any of my voice mails or texts messages. This company seems to operate under different names. Formerly Diamond Concrete. This states Concrete Images. I hired them under the name Design Tech, which operates out of Westminter, CO not Arvada according to their contract info. They can not be found online, listed in yellow pages, and are currently not registered with Secretary of the state of CO. The owners name is Bobby Vigil or R.E. Vigil. Please note my attached photos were taken over one week after completion. The driveway is not wet. The holes are small but in the millions. I am not a concrete specialist but I am fully aware there should not be holes!

The stamped strip looks fine up front. The forms for the patio did not reach to ground level allowing a 2 inch gap for the poured concrete to spill out as six inches of "s***" all around the patio. And the second day after the pour the sidewalk cracked in an area that is only 2 inches thick (contract calls for 4 inch thick in all areas). Tried to get contractor to fix and he promised three time to come out and take care of it but never showed up except once to grab his forms. I had to rent a jack hammer to chip off the "s***" from the patio and that was not a perfect solution as properly forming in the concrete in the first place I( have pictures). The sidewalk would have to be re-done and dug deeper to correct. Contractor refuses to return calls/texts now.
