Kevin called back on a Sunday about our garage door problem. He arrived promptly Monday morning after calling when he was on his way. He suggested replacing the broken spring and its partner spring. Only when I asked about the overall condition of the door and it's possible life, did he discuss replacing the whole door. He inspected the current door and all of its hardware. He did not say that we needed to replace it, though he pointed out a few things that could be issues. After we decided to replace the whole door, he informed me about the type of door he likes to use, why he likes it, the price, and answered all of my questions. He let me know later that day the door was ready and that he'd be back the next morning. He let me know when he was on the away and to move our cars out of the garage. We appreciated his great communication, timely response, and are very happy with the new garage door I highly recommend Kevin.
