On Sunday morning, I was not able to light my pilot for the water heater and had no hot water. I called Coffman & Company and left a message asking that someone call me on Monday morning. Coffman & Company called me first thing on Monday morning and said someone could be at my house between 08:00 and 09:00 am. Matt arrived shortly after 8:00 am and inspected the water heater. He found that the pilot assembly had a bad thermal coupling and the pilot assembly should be replaced eventually. After working for a while, Matt managed to get the pilot lit. I wanted to wait to replace the pilot assembly if/when the water heater fails again. Matt gave me a quote for the pilot assembly repair ($289.00) and I will be calling Coffman & Company when the water heater needs maintenance again. Matt advised that there would not be another dispatch fee to come out again for the pilot assembly replacement. Coffman & Company were awesome! They responded to my call right away and told me how much the dispatch would be up front. If my water heater needed to be replaced, they would waive the dispatch diagnostic fee of $89.00. I will definitely be using Coffman & Company for all my future needs.

Had serious blockage problem with air conditioner not cooling house. Matt was the tech dispatched and immediately diagnosed the problem to be the evaporator coil being blocked. So Matt managed to pull the coil out far enough that he could vacuum the inside of the coil out. After reassembling the coil into place Matt then checked for proper operation of the unit. We are very pleased with the work and professionalism of Matt and we now have a working air conditioner. We would not hesitate to recommend Coffman or Matt to work on our units.

I had a high end and efficient air conditioning unit installed by them. They did an extremely good work. They have come back annually to check on it for a very small service fee to make sure everything was up and running properly. In the summertime my electric bill drops two third on an average and it would pay for itself in a year.

There is no excuse for such poor work.

They did what they said they were going to do and they did it well. The furnace works. They did everything they were supposed to do and they had a good bid.

He told me that I would probably need a new furnace. However, I got a second opinion from another company which diagnosed that the thermostat wire had been cut and pulled out partially. This, along with a defective thermostat, seemed to be the only problems with the furnace in general. The second company concluded that a new furnace was unnecessary, and that the wire had been sabotaged.

They have not returned my call this was over a week

I thought they were very reasonable compared to other heating companies I have used in the past. I was really pleased with their service.

It was a very good experience. It was an older house, which made it a complicated job. They are expensive, but they do high quality work. They are the most experienced company in this type of heating system. They came back out to resolve problems. They did quality checks during the first year of the system as well.

They installed the wrong size furnace. This was in the middle of winter. They installed the correct furnace in March. December of 2007 comes around and the furnace is not heating my house again. They sent out a service tech to inspect and said the gas pressure was set incorrectly. It is a variable speed fan and a two stage furnace. Then they sent out a second person and he said that it was running at first stage only and not kicking into second stage. He adjusted it to run both stages. I continued to have the same problem. I called the distributor in the area and they sent out a certified technician for the American Standard Furnace. They gave me a list of problems, and is as follows; furnace was wired incorrectly, thermostat was wired at thermostat for a two stage and at the furnace for a one stage, the anticipator on the thermostat was set incorrectly, the gas pressure was still set incorrectly, the dip switches were set incorrectly, and there was still plastic covers on the heat supply vents, the wrong filter was installed, and the first and second stages were programmed incorrectly. I sent them a letter itemizing everything with a time line of when they first came to my house to when it was fixed by someone else. I have not heard from them.

I was happy with the installation. Everything works fine. They could have been more neat. They did get dirt on the wall near the new thermostat, and they scratched the dining room table with their clipboard.

Extremely helpful, didn't complain about all the extra work they had to do to bring the house up to code, which they hadn't planned on. Very courteous.

They were very professional and experienced with plumbing skills. They were very accommodating and polite as they worked with me to relocate the placement of the water heater. We have used this company on previous occasions too.

PRECISION AIR SHOWED UP ON TIME, FOUND THE PROBLEM QUICKLY, ORDERED PARTS, AND SCHEDULED SECOND VISIT. ALL WORK WAS WARRANTED. THE SECOND VISIT TO REPLACE THE BOARD WAS ACTUALLY AN ADDITIONAL FLAT RATE OF $477. THE PERSON TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT REPAIRS WERE NEEDED, WORE SPECIAL BOOTIES AS TO NOT GET THE CARPETS DIRTY. YOU HATE TO PAY THE MONEY, BUT IF YOU HAVE TO THEY DID A NICE JOB.
