Castle Fresh House Cleaning

The person who did the work was exceptional with regard to skills, knowledge, ease of communication and professionalism. She clearly cared about getting things right and was detail oriented and spoke highly of the company, which is always good to hear.

Everything has been great each time. The cleaners come in, get right to work, and leave on time. I couldn't be happier.

Everything went very well. The cleaners were on time and did a great job of cleaning the house.

Service person did a good job cleaning my home. When she left my house looked great for the most part. I have a dog that sheds like crazy, and I appreciated how much better my place looked when she had finished. However, she seemed to spend too much time in some places and not enough in others. She spent a long time cleaning my master bathroom and bedroom and the kitchen (which looked great!), and very little, if any, on my guest bathroom and bedroom. But overall, I was happy with the job she did.

They are on time, the same crew, and very professional.

We had a 2 person team that was in and out in 2 hours. The house looked and smelled nice, so everything was as expected. They sent a list of what is included in a routine cleaning beforehand, so we knew what to expect. This is not a deep-cleaning (don't do baseboards, ovens, etc.), but that is available. Also, they were able to fit us in within a week of my call, on the day I needed.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED WORK THEY DID. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. THERE WAS NO BAD LANGUAGE OR NEGATIVE ATTITUDES EVIDENT AT ALL. WHENEVER I ASKED THEM TO DO SOMETHING SPECIFIC, OR ASKED ABOUT HOW THEY WERE DOING THEIR JOB, EACH ONE OF THEM WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO ME AND WILLING TO EXPLAIN WHAT/HOW THEY WERE DOING. IN A BUSINESS WORLD WHERE IT SEEMS THAT ANYTHING IS ACCEPTABLE FROM ANYONE ANYMORE, I WAS VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THE GENERAL POSITIVE ATTITUDES AND RESPONSES OF ALL OF THE WORKERS, AND THE PRIDE THEY TOOK IN DOING A THOROUGH AND GOOD JOB.

Did not get done----I signed up through Angie's List for a special cleaning at $79. I was told to choose either 2 cleaners for 2 hours or 1 cleaner for 4 hours. I was also asked to give a choice of three days and times I would like the work done- so that Castle Fresh could work me into their schedule. I submitted requests by email.. When Castle Fresh got back to me, they were reluctant to honor my choices, saying they usually just set up a full day for the cleaners to arrive - and didn't set times, so I would just have to be ready anytime during the day they scheduled for--or not be home. I had never used them before, so leaving my home open to strangers was not going to work. I could see doing this after a period of trust was built. Also, they wanted to give me 1 cleaner, when I requested 2. From there it just went down hill even more with the company not getting back to me in a timely manner when trying to schedule the date- promising to call during the week, and not calling- then saying they would call me on the weekend, and not calling - after I emailed and their response was that they usually are not on the computers during the weekends ---well apparently not by the computers during the week either. The arrogance and unprofessional attitude of the owner was just unacceptable when I finally did hear from him - so I cancelled and did not use the service. I have all information documented in emails, and did submit them to Angie's List.

The woman from Castle Fresh was fast, quiet, and extremely thorough in her housecleaning. She even cleaned my custom 8' by 6' glassless mirror without damaging it, a feat I have never even attempted myself. Very impressive! As soon as she was done, she left without a fuss and I got to enjoy my sparkling clean house! The only pain point in the whole transaction was that communication was a little challenging at first, but no one is really to blame for that. Great job, Castle Fresh!

Very well. But the deal was for a 1400 sq. ft. home. That wasn't mentioned. Fortunately I didn't need to have some rooms cleaned. Paid extra to have the kitchen cabinets lemon oiled and baseboards dusted. If you want certain cleaning supplies used, place them on/next to the item that needs to be cleaned.

Excellent! Very pleased with this service. They were through, exactly what I wanted and needed.

In my earlier review, I commented that cleaner still had 20 minutes remaining when she left. I still felt I got my money's worth. Because I did not rate everything as excellent. Castle Fresh House Cleaning made a very generous offer to compensate. It was so generous, I could accept. I judge a company on how sitations are handeled then actual work. Becuase of the quick response and offedr to make it right, I must give an excellent rating. I still amazed how Castle Fresh House Cleaning it.

The cleaner worked very hard during the 4 hour period. She said that if two workers were doing the job, everything would have been done in a timely manner. I was pleased with the work she had done and her good attitude.

Here is the entire experience: The first go-round didn't go so well. When I got home I was disappointed to see that the 2 professionals missed a few things. I emailed Brian explaining what was missed and I felt were things they should have been able to get to. Brian was very responsive and understood my frustration. He felt that my concern was valid and quickly booked another apt. where another professional could come and finish the job. This professional he sent did an excellent job. She has high attention to detail, everything was dusted/vacuumed/wiped down, as well as friendly and professional. I was so happy with her quality of work (the A is for her). With two kids it is really easy to let the deep cleaning go and this was worth the money! Brian takes pride in his company as he should! I would routinely book their services, if I could guarantee the 2nd professional every time. I would love for her to help me take care of my home.

They did a great job, covered most everything that we needed cleaned. Our housed looked and smelled great afterwards.

It was great. There was a mix up in the time they were going to come, and they were very responsive to correcting that. The women who came were very professional and friendly. It was easy to have them in our home. They did a great job of cleaning.

I have had CF cleaners for a few years now. I have had some mixups, especially in the holiday season or with a new hire, but in general, they are punctual, thorough, and personable if I'm home. No service is perfect, but 90% of the time, Brian and his staff come closearly. My smallest tchotchkes get dusted, the furry corners vacuumed. Once in awhile I pay extra for additional service, but I am generally very happy with their routine job. The cost is pretty moderate, too, in my experience, and the staff will devote extra attention to some small task when I leave a note. I appreciate the conscientious service

It went great!!! Sherry is amazing. She got right to work and cleaned everything in 4 hours. She is friendly, courteous, and really nice! :) I will definitely call Castle again.
