Services we offer

Whole house interior cleaning services. Steam mopping available. Kitchen services include behind, inside and surfaces of all appliances, floors, counter tops, cabinets inside and out, dishes, take out the trash and more. Bathroom service includes inside and outside of toilets, sinks, vanities, tubs/showers, floors, mirrors, light fixtures. Services for other rooms include dusting, mopping, baseboards, windows, blinds, wall cleaning, vacuuming and we even offer organizational services.

Services we don't offer

Carpet cleaning and exterior window washing is not currently being offered. Please note that we respectfully reserve the right to turn down projects that are beyond our cleaning capabilities. This includes properties with a severe lack of maintenance that pose a risk to the health of our employees. If you think that a health hazard may exist at your home please be candid about your situation. Health hazards include but are not limited to the presence of feces, urine, blood or vomit.

Description of Work: I moved into town and needed a housecleaning service. Went to Angie's list and found Castle Fresh house cleaners. I have been using them for about 7 months now and they are awesome. Every crew that comes to clean are very professional and get the job done beyond my satisfaction. They listen to my concerns and always makes sure they are taken care of. Since I have many pets in our house I have special instructions unique to our house and they greet the task without question?and accomplishes it?quickly and efficiently!?One extra special thing I find about this company is, they seem to take pride in the company they work for.? Deep clean of the house
Description of Work: Tanya was fantastic! She was prompt, professional and she did an outstanding job. ?We wanted our to have our home deep cleaned because we were bringing home a new baby and wanted one less thing to worry about. I am not sure it has been this clean since the day it was built, we will definitely be using Castle Fresh again!

Description of Work: This is a tough one to review. We used the deal to clean a house we were moving from to make it show-ready. The cleaning itself was sub-par, especially since the house had already been nicely cleaned by the tennants moving out. We truly needed a "deep-clean" with all the details that might ordinarily be missed. I won't get into that here, especially since no doubt each job depends on the crew that comes to your house. However, the owner followed up promptly with us after our service (he called us first before we could even complain) and made it right by refunding us our money without any hassle. We are moved away from the area now, but because of that customer service, I would use them again in the future to give them another try. The overall rating definitely reflects the good customer service.

You (and members reading this) might find it interesting to know that both of the employees we sent to your home are no longer with our company. I do sincerely apologize for the frustration you endured and I wish I could have done more to make it right. We are frequently training new employees to keep up with demand for our services. Unfortunately, sometimes there are individuals that just don't "get it". They don't last long because we expect the very best from every employee. If you want to ensure that your next service with us is good one, please specifically request your service with one of our senior crew leaders. This will likely mean a longer wait for your service, but it will ensure you have a time tested, long term Castle Fresh crew. Overall, the service was fine.
