Services we offer

Whole house interior cleaning services. Steam mopping available. Kitchen services include behind, inside and surfaces of all appliances, floors, counter tops, cabinets inside and out, dishes, take out the trash and more. Bathroom service includes inside and outside of toilets, sinks, vanities, tubs/showers, floors, mirrors, light fixtures. Services for other rooms include dusting, mopping, baseboards, windows, blinds, wall cleaning, vacuuming and we even offer organizational services.

Services we don't offer

Carpet cleaning and exterior window washing is not currently being offered. Please note that we respectfully reserve the right to turn down projects that are beyond our cleaning capabilities. This includes properties with a severe lack of maintenance that pose a risk to the health of our employees. If you think that a health hazard may exist at your home please be candid about your situation. Health hazards include but are not limited to the presence of feces, urine, blood or vomit.

Please let us know what we could have done to make the Quality an "A". We are a bonded, insured company, that hires individuals who are legal to work, we pay taxes, unemployment insurance, workman's comp, provide company vehicles, phones and much more to our crews. All of this does mean that our pricing is more than the gal next door who cleans on the weekends. We range from $32 - $40 per person hour. Companies that don't post their hourly rates are generally charging quite a bit more than us. Thanks so much for your business, we hope you'll consider us again.

Description of Work: They did a very poor job and they billed me more than quoted. After 3 phone calls, they did not refund me but agreed to come back and clean. Why would I let them? It was to be a clean out. They did not dust, clean mirrors, refrigerator, oven, bathtub.

However, I would not pay for the "full" price for the service I received. | |The email correspondences were very slow; I didn't think I would trust any business in my home with that kind of lack of reliability. The purchased service was for 4 hours, but the cleaners were ready to leave after 3, and left a uncleaned toilet.
