Castle Fresh House Cleaning

Cleaning was of good quality. Woman who did cleaning was polite. Negative mark on professionalism was due to events after cleaning. I bought deal for 8 hours of cleaning. Woman started a bit late, took lunch at some point and then at some point declared she was done and left. We gave her priority list but didn't tell her she had to complete specific amount before leaving. We did not track her time. Days later company called and ask me if I would be willing to pay for the time beyond 8 hours at full rate (something like that was said) so the woman who cleaned could get paid. Woman should have called out 8 hours when it was reached. I wanted 8 hours of cleaning at the deal price, not 8 at deal price and suprise request for 1 additional hour at rate far greater than implied hourly rate of the 8 hour deal price.

The cleaning was fine, but they broke a toilet seat on a brand new just installed toilet and a collectable statue. Once I notified the owner (s) of the damage, they promptly sent me a check for the damages I incurred.

It was excellent- thorough- and there was so much care taken and attention to detail. I really needed this help and it felt like a luxury.

I ended up not having time in the schedule.

I was amazed at how clean the house was at the end of the day. The cleaner was on time at 8am and worked a solid 8 hours and everything on my list was completed to a level beyond my expectations. It was great. I've continued to use Castle Fresh and I have never been disappointed.

It went great and the house was sparkling clean when they left.

It was marvelous. I was going in for shoulder surgery and I wanted to come home to have everything done because I couldn't get it done beforehand since I couldn't use my arm for months. It was pricey, but I needed somebody to come in and do all of that at one time. For punctuality, they had a problem before they got here, but they sent somebody extra the next day to make up the time so I would say A. Their professionalism was marvelous! Absolutely, they were just wonderful people and they did a great job and were diligent and present. If that cost was half price, I wouldn't be able to afford to use them in the future. It was supposed to be a half-priced deal and that was $169, so I probably would have trouble keeping up with that. I would consider using them again if their price was a little bit cheaper. I didn't have them do inside the oven and the refrigerator because I couldn't get my self-cleaning oven to work and I had just done the refrigerator recently because it needed repairs, so they didn't do either of those, at my request.

The service went good. They were going to charge us extra above the big deal, but we talked them out of it. I'd give them all "A's" and I would use them again.

We made sure the house was completely emptied off all items and trash and after a year of college living and not much cleaning, it was pretty filthy. The 2 gals from Castle Fresh arrived exactly on time and scoured the place. We could not believe how clean they got it. The fridge and oven were sparkling, all the baseboards were cleaned, window sills, cobwebs in corners, it was really impressive. The bathrooms were pretty disgusting and they were scoured clean. When we toured the house later that day with the property managers they were really impressed and said we would be receiving our full deposit back. I know the cleanliness and fresh smell was a big factor in the prospect of getting a full deposit refund, which is unusual in my experience with student housing. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

All of the cleaners who have been in my home have been personable, professional and open to any specific cleaning directions. I don't often have the same ones more than once due to their rotating schedules, which is fine because I benefit from their individual cleaning fortes. One thing I really appreciate is that they all have such great things to say about their employer, who takes great care of them and in turn they are conscientious and dedicated. I'm sure I could pay a little less for a different service, but the trust and comfort level I have with this group is well worth the extra cost.

The work agreed on wasn't finished. I should have inspected the apartment before the woman left, but trusted her to do a good job. Mistake! The inside of all the windows weren't cleaned, the baseboards weren't wiped and still dirty, the inside of the front and back doors were still dirty, the kitchen cabinets and appliances weren't wiped off, the kitchen sink was dirty, the kitchen floor had food on it and wasn't cleaned, the entryway floor was dirty and the bathroom sinks had soap scum in them. Because the lease on this apartment ran out the next day and the keys had to be turned in, there was no time to reschedule another visit so they could finish the job. I did it myself and it took about 3 hours of my time. So that means it took the woman 6 hours to clean 2 bathrooms and the kitchen refrigerator? Will not even consider hiring this company again, or recommending them.
