Castle Fresh was punctual, polite and did a very nice job. They mistakenly picked up one of my bathroom towels with theirs and when i found it missing and emailed the owner, he offered to reimburse me and was very apologetic!

They did a very thorough job. They did a good job in cleaning out the cabinets and drawers and things like that. It was very well priced and they did a good job.

On the second visit, the cleaning was very thorough, particularly the kitchen and baths. The hardwood floors, baseboards, glass and mirrors were cleaned and the carpeting was vacuumed very well. I was very pleased with the second cleaning. I would recommend the service to friends.

I purchased a special and had a cleaning lady for four hours. I gave her a list of things I wanted done and she completed them.

They were prompt and finished timely.

Brian, at Castle Fresh, responded immediately to my call, and scheduled quickly. It seems that one of their workers quit the morning that we were supposed to have our first cleaning, and they were unable to reschedule around my work schedule for that day. Instead, they rescheduled immediately for a different day, and also offered to write us a check for the amount we paid. When they came to do the work, they did not bring the check, but instead, offered us a free additional cleaning for our trouble. I recognize that sometimes things happen (like in this case), and I can deal with that. The good news is that they went beyond what most companies would do, offering us a free service-which we greatly appreciated. The cleaners did an excellent job. They were professional, communicative and thorough. We will use them again.

I used the Angie's List special deal for 60/4 hours of cleaning. I asked for 2 people for 2 hours. One person arrived 20 minutes late and I had to leave for an appointment so I did not get the full 4 hours. Cleaning was very thorough and I was pleased overall, however it was too much for 1 person to finish in less than 4 hours. She really hustled and was very meticulous. I would use this company again.

I was very impressed with Castle fresh overall. I did have two small problems (original response, and one vs two cleaners - I wanted only 1 cleaner) which the owner apologized for, and made right with a discount to my service. The work was very professional (by Rachel), and I was very happy with the results. I gave Rachel a list of cleaning items I wanted her to complete. I prioritized the list so she knew what was important to me. Rachel completedall the most important items, and almost completed the list which was intentionally long to insure use of the full 4 hours, Overall, a very satisfying experience.

I took advantage of the special posted on Angies List. They scheduled me in within 3 days. They arrived at 8:59 for a 9am appointment. They did a superb job, the cleaned window sills and doors. They put dishes in the dishwasher, they did bedding and not just dusting, they cleaned! All this on top of the regular kitchen and bath and floors. I will definitely use them again.

The ladies arrived on time and stayed until all the cleaning I expected was completed. I would definately use this company again. We moved out of our mountain home October 27th and into our new home December 20th. It was a difficult move. Having people who knew what they were doing helped us.

Arrived on time. Rachel and Boston did a fantastic job and took care in making sure everything was done to perfection. First cleaning group that I will have back, they did a great job and very professional and courteous. They came on short notice, did a fantastic job.

Halloween came much sooner than expected and my house looked like a train wreck, I was venting to a co-worker about everything I needed to get done before taking the kids out trick-or-treating and she recommended Castle Fresh to me. I didn't think they'd be able to come on such short notice and I was happy that they didn't charge me extra for it being a "rush." They arrived right when they said they would and finished right on time also. My house was a bit cluttered so they even did a bit of organizing, took out my trash, etc... it's nice when a company really goes the extra mile.

I was relieved at how quickly they got in and out of there. They came on the same day I called them and were very professional with my tenant who was in the process of moving out. They did such a good job on my rental that I now have them cleaning my home every week. The staff is courteous and trustworthy and I was able to speak directly with Brian the owner to tell him how much I appreciated their fast, efficient work. Price was a bit on the higher side but I'll take it for the piece of mind and professionalism.
