Castle Fresh House Cleaning

It went very good. How ever one of the workers got tired and wanted to stop. But the lead on the job, stayed later to cover all the things agreed to be done.

The women who came spoke English but were native Spanish speaking. I have no problems with that. But I had the radio on, listening to my favorite station and when I left the house for a few minutes and came back the radio was playing a religious radio station. Sorry that won't work in my house.

They did such a good job. I hired them to come twice a month. They are prompt. If they are running late, they call me. They have all the round cleaning products. They seem to be thorough and do whatever I need. One time my microwave was in a mess, so I asked them to clean it and there was no problem. Brian is the owner. My guy has three hours every two weeks of what I'm allotted. During that time they'll change the beds, linens and just do anything I want. I was set up to pay bills with my credit card. Before it is billed Brian checks and makes sure that I'm happy with the cleaning and everything was done the way I wanted.

It went very well. Martha and Lily were friendly and got busy right away. I got as much out of their way as I could to make their job easier. They did everything in two hours. It all went well and I couldn't have been more pleased.

Everybody was very nice and helpful. Brian did everything to please us. He is a wonderful person.

It went great. Rachael and her team mate worked hard and cheerfully. They took the time to make sure they understood my wishes and did a wonderful job cleaning. I am so thrilled !!

All communication was professional and courteous. This is our first time hiring a cleaner so weren't sure what to expect. It was very clear from the start, that Castle Fresh is focused on the customer and the results. She did an excellent job with the house, so much that we've hired her for regular cleaning.

Great job overall. Took 4 hours to complete, both bathrooms were very clean, and kitchen was spotless.

From start to finish this was my best housecleaning experience since moving to the Denver area 3 years ago. The woman were punctual, polite and thorough. They completed all the cleaning to my exact specifications and did a walkthrough with me to confirm everything met my expectations. I will be having them back as my regular cleaning service twice a month.

I called Castle Fresh House Cleaning to get an estimate for an entire home deep clean as well as every-other-week cleaning. I left a message asking if they service Golden and requesting that they call me back. They never bothered to call.

The first cleaning Castle Fresh did for us was great. The second cleaning was the 60 special cleaning, and they sent an inexperienced cleaning person. In 4 hours she cleaned only a few surfaces. She pulled our oven away from the wall, and a heirloom trivet fell behind the stove, so now we can't push it back into place. It was a bad experience that was more trouble than it was worth. I guess that Castle Fresh is a crap shoot. You could have a great experience or a bad one.

The original scheduling for the cleaning went great. Extremely smooth communication and everything was set up as expected. The day of the cleaning came, and I told CastleFresh that the house would be unlocked. I went by the house the night before to leave a note for the cleaners and make sure that the door was unlocked, since I'd had some other contractors in the house that day. We never set an exact time for the cleaners to come since my house was empty and I was flexible with the time of day. However, when the cleaners arrived, I missed a few phone calls indicating that the house was locked and that they couldn't get in. I received these missed calls about an hour and a half after they came in. As soon as I got the messages, I rushed over to the house to figure out what happened, however the door was unlocked and everything was where I left it the day before. I talk to Brian at CastleFresh, and we rescheduled for the next morning, hoping to clear up any confusion on why the cleaners couldn't get into the house. I arrive at our prescribed time and one of the 2 cleaners were at the house getting started. I talk to her about the confusion from the day before, and sadly they'd gone to the wrong house. CastleFresh did charge me $49 for a no-show billing due to the first day thinking my house wasn't accessible, however this cost was applied to the total bill that I paid. Additionally, I received a discount due to the hassle I went through the day before. The cleaning itself was good. It wasn't a spectacular clean, but it was much better than I could've done myself. All of the appliances looked great, it was just a few minor clean up details that might've been overlooked in the last part of the clean (where you go back and make sure all strings are off the floor/windowsills/etc). These problems were definitely not major enough to ask for the cleaners to come back in and redo any work. I was happy enough with the cleaning. Overall, I was really excited to work with this company, but my elation was deflated a bit during our ordeal. I'm pretty happy with the service I ultimately received, but based on my one experience, I couldn't recommend them to anyone else at this time.

The two women were very thorough, friendly and timely. My house still sparkles, two weeks later.

The team (2 persons) was on time and were very friendly and professional. It was good that 2 people came since this was a "whole house cleaning" so there was a lot of work to do. They did a great job on things they cleaned but it would have been very helpful for a "whole house cleaning" to have a detailed list of what would and would not be cleaned

Great! They had to reschedule day-of, which was a pain, but they really went out of their way to make it work for me. Love them!

Arrived on time with equipment and supplies. Followed instructions; were very efficient. Accomplished all the tasks within 2 hours. Everything shined, smelled cleaned, and looked great. Packed everything up neat and tidy. Great job.

The process (from A-Z) was fantastic. Brian was very professional during the initial call -- he quoted me the price and walked me through their process. My appointment was confirmed via phone and email (several times) before they arrived. Their help was uber friendly, very thorough, and a pleasure to have in the house. They whipped my home into shape in just a few short hours -- awesome. (My refrigerator is sparkling!) I can't say enough about their service -- I liked them so much they'll be returning every two weeks. If you're too busy to keep up with your home (or you don't want to!), I highly recommend Castle Fresh.

I actually bought this as a gift for a neighbor who has had a tough spate of bad luck over the past year. So when she had another surgery scheduled, we bought this deal for her to help her out with home maintenance. Specifically, the cleaning crew scrubbed showers in the bathrooms that were way overdue, and a few other tasks. After the work was done, our neighbor called us to thank us and was on the verge of tears (good tears!) for having the work done so well.

Castle Fresh House Cleaning lives up to it's name. I was daunted by the task of doing a thorough Spring cleaning, yet my apartment needed it badly after a messy winter. Rachael & Jenifer are two very polite & punctual women who made short work of a job I was dreading. They move furniture and other items (within reason) so that every corner was cleaned. I have 2 cats, so there were odors & cat hair to deal with, but this didn't faze these 2 hard workers at all! Insides of cupoards were wiped clean - gosh, even the lightbulbs and fan-blades were cleaned! Honestly, I just don't have enough adjectives to praise the job that was done. I am 100% satisfied.

I chose to use a special Angie's List deal of deep cleaning my home including my refrigerator and oven for $149.00. I spoke to a woman on the phone to set a date and detail areas that I wanted to be sure were especially cleaned. There were two women who came to my home. They were a bit late from their previous job and called to let me know this which was not a problem for me. Rachel was the woman who seemed to be in charge of the team. Both women sat down with me when they arrived to ensure they cleaned all areas I wanted addressed. It was obvious that they had been briefed by their office about areas I had addressed. These women got right to work and didn't stop until they were finished. The house was fabulously cleaned. I have no complaints and would absolutely use this company again without question.

Met with Brian for an estimate and set up date. He was prompt and professional. We agreed on a price, date and time. Rachael and Renee were right on time and walked through and made sure we both understood what needed to be done. We had a handyman meeting at the same time due to a mix up which could have caused a problem with both working at the same time but Rachael and Renee's didn't have a problem with it at all. They scrubbed EVERYTHING! The place was full of cat hair and grime and was filth free once they were finished! Rachael even removed and wiped down all of the closet shelves. The oven and kitchen cabinets were a horrible mess and Renee did a good job on cleaning it all. After double checking the job I did find a couple of items that were missed, the toilet bowl in one bathroom and a part of the counter in the kitchen because a box was sitting on that missed area. I appreciated Rachael and Renee's positive attitudes and good communication! Will absolutely use them again.

Ladies were very professional and pleasant. They were clear about their assignment and carried it out. Since it is a new home to me, I appreciated the "point outs' that were brought to my attention. I felt like they were "my" team as they continued to give me cleaning tips and suggestions. Good experience.

The two house cleaners arrived promptly and were very nice and professional. They asked what I wanted done and what my priorities were, since I had booked only 2 hours. Then they set to work. They did a great job - and more than I had thought they would have time to do (like wiping down cabinets).
