Castle Fresh House Cleaning

We are talking "deep cleaning", the stuff I hate to do. They scrubbed the faces of the cabinets, the baseboards, splashboards, cleaned inside the fridge, and ditto for the main bath. The floors were scrubbed and carpets vacuumed. Everything was dusted. Even the upholstery was cleaned. I almost didn't recognize my house when I came home from work. I will definitely use Castle Fresh again! Kudos for such a great company.

Castle Fresh sent Bridget and Veronica to deep-clean our home. I must say, I was immediately impressed with Bridget and her quality work, professionalism, knowledge of cleaning, dedication, and optimistic attitude she brought to cleaning the home. She also brought a full supply of cleaning products and tools. She completely cleaned our kitchen inside and out--refrigerator, stove, sink, cabinets, doors--you name it, she did it! She and Veronica also cleaned our bathrooms top to bottom--they've never looked better. She cleaned areas of our home I didn't even know I had! She is a superb team leader and captain of the ship. Veronica also did a top-notch job. I have already used Castle Fresh twice, and have them scheduled for our next cleaning. I am extremely impressed with Castle Fresh, and plan to continue to use them year-round!

They were hard working and did great job. The house was in overall good condition, but needed things like baseboards and floor corners. The place really felt nicer after the cleaning.

Of all the deals we have purchased to have our house cleaned periodically this was by far the best. We would definitely use Castle Fresh again.

It went great. Great communication, friendly ladies, good attention to details. Didnt miss a surface. Took longer than expected so they came back the next week and squeezed me into their schedule!

Two workers came right on schedule. My husband, who was home while they worked, said they worked steadily and carefully and completed everything we had asked for, within the two hour time slot scheduled. We are very pleased and we plan to have them return regularly.

The castle fresh two woman team did a great job. Everything went smoothly and looked great. Various questions did arise during the cleaning, "Were you aware this was broken... etc." (I was aware the item was broken beforehand.) So It is important to be there and available during cleaning.

I had two cleaners for four hours. They started out by cleaning about 16 wooden window blinds. I thought it would take them the entire four hours to do so but they were fast. After that, they cleaned out the double wall oven which I had already put through the cleaning cycle and the microwave. The wall ovens were not spotless and I had to do a small amount of cleaning to polish them up. The microwave sparkled and the dusting was fine. They were very pleasant. I found a broken wine stem glass in the sink after they left. The wine glass was in the sink on top of a rack that protects the bottom of the sink from scratches. It was easy to topple the wine glass as it sat precariously on the wire rack. I'm not fond of it myself. I just wish they had owned up to it and not just left without telling me.

It went well except the girls were in such a hurry to leave they left a tall ladder up in the master bedroom. I am handicapped and was not able to get the ladder down for several days until I could get a friend to help.

They were OK - not great. Didn't seem like the employee was real excited about her employer. Also, she smelled like smoke. I was concerned that it would leave a smoke order in my house.

The crew of two (Maggie & Jaycee) arrived on time (arrival window of 8am-9am and they were here by 8:15am) with smiles on their faces and ready to work! They were not hesitant to dig right in and get to work removing dust bunnies, dog hair and the like from my home and they worked hard and efficiently the entire time they were here. Glad to host them in my home as they presented themselves as friendly, courteous and professional women. They finished up at four hours as agreed and I'm very happy with the level of service provided. Many thanks to the Castle Fresh House Cleaning team.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were very good, actually. I used them for an extra hour to hour-and-a-half so there was an additional charge. They charged me $12 for every additional 15 minutes that they worked. Their pricing did not seem outrageous to me.

2 cleaners worked for 4 hours and accomplished all items I wanted cleaned. Some areas were initially missed when cleaning and I needed to remind them to go back and clean certain areas. The hardwood floor doesn't seem that much cleaner than when they arrived, but overall, I think they did a pretty good job. I would probably have them come back if I needed another cleaning again.

Brians employees were excellent. Very efficient on time did a very good job. Brian was a pleasure to work with. It was a 6 hour job and worth every dollar I spent.

The services were not good, they cancelled last minute, and I had to reschedule for a weekend which was the next day, and they don't work weekends, so it wa a hassle getting them out here. Their work met my expectation and it was fine.

Castle Fresh House Cleaning is an excellent company. All the reviews that praise their attention to detail and their efficiency are all true. I had purchased a Big Deal from Angie List for a whole house clean but paid a little extra because we'd just had the old tile countertops and backsplash torn out and new countertops put in and there was construction dust everywhere. Despite all the dust, the talented team that came out to clean made the whole house sparkle and shine. No corner or surface was ignored. They truly cleaned everything and cleaned it well. I have lots of bookshelves with keepsakes all over them that had been covered with construction dust; the team left them spotless and put everything back into place. They polished the stair railings and even cleaned out the broken tile from the air vent in the kitchen floor that the countertop people dumped down them when they did the demolition on the old counter. I couldn't have been more pleased. This is the best cleaning company I've ever been fortunate enough to work with. The best. I will be contacting them about coming to clean on a regular basis. I highly recommend Castle Fresh.

Excellent. Brian Enyart (customer service) is immediately responsive to appointment requests, appointment confirmations and any concerns. He also follows up right away after the service to ensure satisfactory work. Great experience! As far as the cleaning goes, Bridgette and Jennifer were assigned to my house and they did an excellent job and they were very sweet and very professional! Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I would hire them again in a second!

It was pretty good. They did really well on vacuuming the stairs.

They opened all the windows to vacuum out dirt and cobwebs, dusted ceiling fans, scrubbed tile grout, cleaned all smudges off the doors, cleaned baseboards and trim, washed, dusted and vacuumed thoroughly. What a difference!

Bridget and Maggie were on time and worked very well together. They worked without supervision and did a wonderful job. We have been working toward renting our house of 36 years in order to travel full time in our RV and really didn't have the energy to one more thing so we contacted Brian of Castle Fresh and he was able to schedule these two wonderful ladies for us. They cleaned the refrigerator, oven, kitchen cabinets, baseboards, molding over the doors, ceiling fans, windows, shower and tub, tile, linoleum, on and on and on! They even made little "fans" by folding the tissues, toilet paper and paper towels! I can't say enough about the great job they did and would have them over again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous attention to details and my apartment was absolutely spotless. I wasn't there and had no worries about leaving the women alone to work. The owner called to confirm, was concerned about the service level and obviously hires the best staff. I would use this company and Bridgette, the lead, again.

Two women arrived on time and proceeded to clean. They were focused, efficient and very good. Their positive attitude about the work they did was appreciated. I would definitely call on them again.

The provider called in the morning of the scheduled cleaning to let me know that they had a scheduling problem with one of the cleaners that was supposed to come to my home. We managed to come to the agreement that a different team would come to the house later in the day than I wanted, but at least still that day. Rescheduling for the next day didn't work for me because of other commitments I had in preparation for surgery later in the week. The team of 2 arrived at 5 p.m. and went right to work on cleaning. They were amazing! My master bathroom shower pan looked brand new after Rachel got done cleaning it. My husband still swears that she must have replaced it, not just cleaned it. It looked that good! The whole house looked wonderful. They finished up at almost 8 p.m. I have had Rachel back again last week for cleaning. She did a wonderful job again like before. I will continue to use Castle Fresh while I recuperate from my surgery and hopefully beyond.....
