Castle Fresh House Cleaning

The work turned out well. They did an excellent job. They responded quickly. They only charged what the Big Deal price was that we purchased. They honored the price even though they had a different deal that related more to this service. They showed up on time as well.

The deal with Castle Fresh House Cleaning worked fine, I am having them come once a month. It works great. They do very well. The prices are pretty much normal, pretty much like everybody else, it is not too expensive, it is not too cheap, it is pretty close to about the same that anybody else like I said. The quality of service is good. Their responsiveness is alright too.

cleaned house on move out for sale. house was in good condition when they arrived. took 2 folks 4 hours to clean 4 bathrooms, kitchen (including wiping shelves and fridge), mop hardwood floors, and clean several shades. seemed a little slow, but 2900 sq ft house

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out well. They did a good job cleaning, but I wouldn't use them again, because they both smoke, and when they left the house was smelling like smoke, while I have little kids.

The cleaner was very friendly, prompt and some of the cleaning we loved. We just wish she had been a little more thorough in cleaning the kitchen. They cleaned the bathroom very well. We have already scheduled a second appointment with them.

The workers were timely and friendly. I have given them a B rating because they missed mopping a bathroom floor and one toilet was not completely clean. The owner offered a free housecleaning to make this right with me. I was unable to take him up on his offer, but his professionalism and determination to do excellent work compels me to give him another opportunity at a later time.

Brian (I assume the owner/manager) called to let me know that the ladies would be late - which was fine. I really appreciated the call. Even though it was very late in the day when Maggie and Marta arrived - I was afraid they'd be worn out and hungry! But they jumped right in and started working and did not stop until the house was sparkling. My experience is that often house cleaners will chat and the work slows down, but these two ladies were superwomen! So professional, polite and hard workers. I hope their boss gives them a raise!~!!!!!

Though I was a day late when I reached Brian from Castle Fresh, he assured me he would honor my Big Deal request and we set up an appointment. Brian kept in touch with me, was accommodating, kind and flexible even when I needed to change the date. The crew he sent to clean my house, Martha and Jessica, were a "powerhouse" team. The dug into the corners and underneath the appliances until this rental home was spic and span. Both women worked constantly until they finished their tasks and nothing I asked of them was left undone. Would I hire them again? Definitely. I feel fortunate in having found other great reviews for Castle Fresh on Angie's List. Thanks to those who took time to write reviews.

It turned out really well. They were great! I have a bigger home than what their square footage deal included. So I think it was an extra $100 to do the whole house but that was fine. This was the first time I used them. They were very professional and were on time. They did a great job. I had no concerns. I called them for an estimate to see how much it would be for weekly cleaning and they came in quite a bit higher than another bid I had. So I guess I won't be using them again, unfortunately.

They didn't do a good job. They were here for four hours and skipped a few things. They're not coming back to re-clean. We are going to look for another cleaning service.

The cleaning team arrived on time and got right to work. They thoroughly cleaned the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, etc. They were friendly and professional.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. It was a pretty basic service so I felt like it met my expectations.

I've had house cleaners for twenty years and these people have done the best job.they were here 3 1/2 to four hours the first time and 3 the next time. very friendly and easy to work with

Main office was often unavailable. Difficult to get a hold of someone to schedule service. Was not able to get on their schedule for over a month after I called. Felt like they had too many customers and not enough individual service. The cleaning woman they sent stayed a long time and was very thorough, but then they let her go so a new person would have had to come out. I decided to go with a smaller, more organized company.

Martha was amazing! She was very prompt and we walked through the house to discuss the house and what items we wanted done. Ahe checked with us when she had questions and everything looked great when she finished. She deep cleaned the kitchen moving out the stove and cleaning all surfaces and appliances. She cleaned the rest of the house top to bottom, even cleaning the window sills. Great job and will definitely have them back. On a side note, my littlest one wanted to say goodbye and Martha was very nice to her even spending a few extra minutes to talk with her.

Castle Fresh quoted us 3 hours at $60 an hour to clean our 3,000 sq. ft. House. We were told that we would be contacted if more time was needed. The cleaners ended up taking 4.5 hours (without contacting us for approval),and only cleaned 2/3 of the house. We cancelled a follow up visit and asked that our key be returned. They still have not returned our key, and today I found an item they broke and hid. The worst experience I've ever had with a cleaning company.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was extremely happy, it was a great service.

If I could give them higher than "excellent" I would. Please note, this was a special deal on the price, I don't know how much the regular service is. This was the 4 hour service. I found the special on Angie's List. I have tried many housekeeping services in the past and always was disappointed. In most cases they did a poor job and didn't even do a good job on the things I told them I was particular about. Maggie and Natalie were very nice and continually asked me to check their work and make sure they were on the right track. I had a Swiffer mop and left that out for them, along with a special mop and fluid for my hardwood floors. Maggie asked me if she could use her steamer instead as it does a much better job. Needless to say I was impressed that she took the initiative to do a better job with the steamer, she could very easily have used my mop. My floors have never looked better. She even mopped "their way out" so there were no footprints on the floors. She took my broom and swept my front porch, and got the cobwebs down from the ceiling. I told them i was having company that was allergic to cats so I wanted to make sure they got as much cat hair as possible. Natalie vacuumed my couch and chair several times, as well as the carpet. My guest room has never been cleaner. They had about half an hour left on their time and rather than saying "we are done" they came to me and asked for other things to do. They ended up washing my inside windows. I know their regular price is more than what I paid on the special, and while it might be a bit expensive, I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for". If you want your house cleaned like you would clean it, give them a call, you couldn't find a better housekeeping service.

They did a good job. They were thorough and efficient. It took more time then the coupon provided and the cleaners gave me a lower hourly rate than the manager but they honored the lower rate.

They were very responsive and flexible. I was satisfied with their work.
