Castle Fresh House Cleaning

The cleaners were very thorough and professional. They really got all the nooks that needed the deep cleaning, wonderful job and friendly staff.

These days it's very difficult to find people who take pride in their work, don't just punch a clock, and hold themselves to a higher standard of quality. That's Castle Fresh. And, they did exactly what I asked them to do - especially all the "hard" stuff like cleaning baseboards, window shades, refrigerator, oven, shower/bathtub, and toilet. I would highly recommend these folks!

They clean everything that was supposed on the deal. They were great and I trusted them in my house. They did actually what I wanted and they did a really good job.

The workers were prompt, pleasant, professional, and highly skilled. We can't say enough good things about Castle Fresh's work. For us, this cleaning was not only a pleasure in itself, but a tryout for a regular cleaning relationship. We booked immediately for biweekly cleanings and have been extremely pleased every time.

Overall, not the best cleaning my apartment has gotten but was OK for the price. They never called to ask if I was satisfied or wanted to schedule another cleaning so I found another service

I am terrible with names but the two women that took care of our house did an outstanding job. I was particularly pleased with a final walk through (if they noticed something, they took care of it right then and there), explaining what was done, what time did not allow (that one is on me), and what they would recommend for the next cleaning. A little pricey but they do a great job! Very Happy!

There was WAY more work than 4 hours, but the hourly rate beyond the 4 hours was great, and the condo looked amazing when it went on the market.

They arrived right on time, worked hard the entire time, got everything done, and left the house clean. I was able to work in another room the entire time. The cost was exactly as quoted. The owner followed up afterwards to ensure I was satisfied. I will definitely use them again.

Bridget and her crew did an incredible job with deep cleaning our home. They were very thorough and didn't miss a thing. I am pretty particular with my cleaning habits and I was thrilled that they were able to live up to my expectations. I have tried other companies and usually after a few times their efforts and my satisfaction levels have dropped. Brian's team has been cleaning my house for over 3 months now and I am still as thrilled when they leave today as I was the first time they did the deep cleaning. Brian is very hands on and always confirms my appointments and has been very accommodating when I've had to change. I would highly recommend Castle Fresh to anyone!

As above, then problems with communication (trying to set up a date). While one woman did a good job cleaning the bedrooms and baths upstairs, the other didn't do so well downstairs. Chairs and accessories replaced in wrong places (i.e., a stack of books left on the couch), the kitchen sink not properly cleaned, the stove top was left in worse shape than when she arrived. It may have been just a bad day for her, but I didn't appreciate being on the wrong end of it. Brian offered to send someone around to fix the problems, but I had already done so. If I were to try them again, I'd ask more questions about the people they would be sending.

They messed up on the scheduling, and one lady had to leave at 6pm, but the second lady stayed until it was all done and it was very very nicely done. I'd hire them again.

First of all, Bridget was terrific, a real cleaning expert and a pleasure to have around. However, I paid for a deep house clean with two people. I had to make several phone calls to the owner to set up the initial appointment, as well as e-mails, and it took several days for him to get back to me. I was interested in setting up bi-monthly cleaning and wanted to test out the crew. Unfortunately, only poor Bridget showed up. Her coworker never arrived. Bless her heart, she did her best, but wasn't able to finish the job because I had an appointment and had to leave. Although I was shorted by several hours, then owner never made good or contacted me. So, management seems a bit disinterested but the cleaner was fantastic. According to their website, Castle Fresh was started in 2012 and offers eviction services as well as property management, all run by Brian, the owner. This might be why he is so hard to reach. So, my search for a reliable service goes on. But Bridget really was a fantastic cleaner.

The cleaning went smoothly enough the first time. Corrections were made as necessary . My family approved of the second cleaning even though I wasn't there at that time. I would have them come and clean again when possible.

The original appointment had to be changed because he was short on cleaning teams. They came on time, did a good job and everything looked great when they finished. Thank you. I can now spend my weekend relaxing!

The experience is great. I like that even though there are mistakes made, Brian, the owner, will go out of his way to make it right. They have 2 people clean for 4 hours once a month.

They did a good job. They were very good with the scheduling as I had to reschedule just before they were supposed to come over and they worked with me on that and that really stood out. The cleaning was good too.

One person cleaned my house for 4 hours, apparently it was enough time to clean my whole house. The house was cleaned pretty good. The only complaint I had and reported was that the floors weren't swept very well but the Quality manager quickly resolved that problem. I was satisfied with the services provided and will use them again.

It was fine. They were on time, they did the job and there were no complaints.

The ladies were professional and through. All of the dust from a construction project was removed. I am very satisfied with the service performed. I will use their services again.

Deep cleaned my home the two ladies arrived on time. I showed them around and they went to work. They were efficient, detailed, and got everything done on tme. I was very pleased with their service and have recommended them to others. I'd definitely use this service again.

Brian, the owner of Castle Fresh House Cleaning, was willing to come to my rescue without hesitation when my house keeper reneged two days in a roll, after promising each day to come; knowing I had a big dinner party scheduled. She left me with only one day to replace her services with someone else. I called Brian at Castle Fresh and told him my dilemma and he was willing to manipulated his schedule as best possible to save the day and after he put me on his schedule for the next day, which was the day before my dinner party, I received and called from my regular person...promising once again that she would come the next day for sure - so I called Brian back and cancelled and that was a huge mistake; and once again, she did not show. The next time I needed home cleaning I called Castle Fresh; they arrived on time and did an outstanding job. They are caring, professional and dependable...Bravo Castle Fresh!

I was unimpressed. They had to come back to fix things which I'm okay with cleaning extra pieces of windows that they hadn't cleaned up as well as the laundry room sink. My problem was move-out clean-up with the other place. They didn't do the laundry room sink as well. It was the same problem two different times for the same person. My problem was they didn't learn from their mistake. They were more expensive than anyone.

As far as cost, things were fine, but there were two (of four) occasions that there was miscommunication (or no communication) about arrival time. When I addressed it with Bryan, he said he would knock off $50 the next service. Great. I didn't even fuss about the damage done to two spots in my carpet by their vacuum cleaner, or the mirror that sort of broke, or the blinds that had a piece fall off. Overall, I thought they did a good job at cleaning. I was present for the first three times the ladies cleaned my house. I've never had housecleaners before. I showed one of the women where the key was, and on the fourth visit, I scheduled them to come when I worked. At that visit, I had two new people and that made me really uncomfortable. Further, when I came home, the floors weren't done....but my paper towels were very helpfully folded into a cute accordion. Also, my bill pile was organized for me. I fired them. I didn't like that there were new people in my house, when I had gotten the assurance that at least one of the women would be there consistently. And I don't want a housecleaning service where I have to be present to tell the cleaners that doing the floors is more important than paper towel origami.
