They cleaned most of our house, and the main floor was wonderful. |However, perhaps they were running out of time, some of the upstairs bedrooms were not touched.

The two young ladies who arrived were clean, personable and polite. They talked me through everything and worked diligently.

It was fine. They were two people and they just cleaned the main thing that we wanted to clean. They also cleaned our kitchen and wiped our kitchen appliances.

This was a voucher I bought as a gift for somebody that's disabled and it was a lot more than I expected, so I paid them for 2 additional hours. The first service I bought was a 4-hour service and when we got into the job, it was a lot bigger than I expected because she had been unable to clean for a very long time so they were able to accommodate me and stay 2 extra hours that I owe them for. They were going to postpone but they were going to be at the later end of the day for the next job and that person was okay with waiting so they were able to accommodate me and do the 2 extra hours for me. They were like little monkeys. It was so dirty. They were all over the place, so they deserved kudos. I had already bought the other coupon for the other cleaning company. Otherwise, I would have called these 2 girls back.

The 2 cleaning women arrived on time and seemed professional. One woman did smell slightly of cigarette smoke, but the smell didn't linger. The lead cleaner asked me what areas I needed extra concentration on. I told them dusting, floors especially under furniture, oven and just a wipe down inside the fridge. I assumed that in addition to these areas the entire house would get a thorough cleaning. I had just cleaned the house in preparation for guests because I wasn't sure that my Angie's list Deal could get booked in time. I thought it would be very easy for them to quickly detail the entire house since it was already quite clean. One woman worked in my tiny hallway for what seemed like hours. I thought she was cleaning all the bedrooms and hall bath, but they spent the final 5 minutes frantically cleaning the bedrooms and the bathroom, so I'm not really sure what she was doing in the hallway for 2 hours. The lead woman started in the kitchen and worked in there for over 2 hours. The final 30 minutes the lead cleaner ask me if I wanted the entire basement cleaned or just the basement bathroom. Of course I wanted the entire basement cleaned and I sensed that she was disappointed, but why wouldn't I want my basement to be cleaned? The oven was very dirty, but during the walk through she noticed that oven cleaner had caked on the inside. She was already running late so she didn't offer to wipe it down again. I told her it was fine since the other cleaner is already loading the car and waiting to leave. I'm 7 months pregnant and won't be able to get in there to clean it again, hence hiring the cleaners. The walk through of most areas looked good. After they left I noticed other things that were not completed. Some things were not put back in their original place, toilet paper dispenser left in the hallway for example. Trash in the basement was not emptied. Laundry room utility sink was not cleaned. Master bedroom still has dust covered ceiling fan and a cobweb in the ceiling corner. One very odd thing I noticed that evening was that my toothbrush was caked with black hairs. I'm sure it was just dropped and not used for cleaning, but it was strange! I feel that the women did a nice job, but they worked very slowly and spent huge amounts of time in areas that probably could have been done in half the time and areas that needed attention were overlooked due to lack of remaining time. I've had cleaning in the past from other contractors and from my recollection the same job was completed in less than 2 hours for less money. Would I use them again?,,,,,,,Yes, if the discounted price that I paid was cut in half. Was I disappointed with the service?,,,,,,,Yes, a little, but it may have been a misunderstanding on my part regarding the details of the Angie's List Deal.

The two ladies were nice but quite inefficient compared with the cleaning services I used before. I bought the so-called "deep cleaning " package after reading so many good reviews. While they didn't have time to touch anything in that regard, I don't blame them for that as long as they did a good job with what they got to finish. Unfortunately not the case. They didn't even finish the normal cleaning tasks such as some of the floor and dusting furniture. Laundry room wasn't touched at all.The parts they finished were barely ok as I could see they were rushing through. They dusted some of the window sills but did so quickly that there was literally little difference before and after. The floor (all hardwood throughout the house) was far from satisfactory. I could see dust here and there. After I pointed out several obvious sections with debris in the master bedroom one lady came back to redo them but the end results were still just soso. To be fair the bathrooms were good and they cleaned my kitchen counters well. Overall I am quite disappointed with the service quality. Since it's the first time I bought some service after reading many good reviews on this website, the experience even let me doubt if I should trust it again in the future.

They did a really good job. They actually did more than I thought they would: cleaned behind stove and fridge, inside windows etc. We will definitely use them again.

The team was friendly and did a wonderful job and really seemed to care about the details. Because of the size of our house, they were unable to get to a few of the items on their list in the time alotted so when we did the walk through they were completely upfront about which items they did not get to and why, which I really appreciated. Overall, great quality for the price!

It went very well! They were just very good in general. I was happy with it. I would recommend them to family members and friends.

Excellent communication with Brian, the 2 cleaning ladies arrived promptly and got right to work. They were very nice and professional. Asked exactly what I wanted them to do and they did it. Very pleasant experience and they did a great job. I recommend them highly.

I purchased a 4 hour cleaning package and was somewhat disappointed with the results. The 2 cleaners were punctual and pleasant although left 15 minutes before the 4 hours were over. They broke something in my shower (and didn't tell me) which I noticed after they left. The cleaning was OK - missed things in two bathrooms including stains in shower and base boards. They did a poor job on the Living Room floor, missed the laundry room and the cleaner they used on the wood floor was so slippery - it was almost dangerous after it dried! I didn't ask them to stay and make things right because I was unhappy with what I saw and wanted them to move on. Thought it was a good cleaning package but nonetheless, won't use them again!

We had 2 people cleaning for 4 hours. It was described as a deep clean. Overall it was good. The master bathroom looks amazing! The dusting was good for the most part (photos weren't picked-up for dusting underneath). The granite counters in the kitchen look terrific too. The tile floor wasn't done well - they didn't move the rug in the hallway, get under the counter in kitchen, or even go into the laundry room (disappointing because we moved all the stuff in anticipation). The team was friendly and professional. They finished about 25 minutes ahead of schedule (we didn't do the fridge) and the more senior of the team offered to go over the tile again, but that feels really awkward to say, "yea, get the stuff back out of the car." I will probably give Castle Fresh another go. The owner/manager is very responsive and the cleaning crew was super easy to have in my home. Next time I'll be more specific about my expectations for the floors at the beginning of the cleaning.

I had to add money for the Big Deal because they told me that doing that certain cleaning would cost more but more frankly I could have done a better job myself but I don't have the time. They are very nice people and they're very responsive. They were also very professional.

The cleaning was and is outstanding. The team worked diligently and thoroughly, leaving my home extremely clean. They listened to my requistes and performed those tasks plus additional work.

After the cleaning, the provider gave me a thorough walk through, showing me all the items that had been cleaned. I was very impressed with the detail each room received. Again, it was much better than I could have done myself, assuming I had the time.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it was okay. They kind of got rushed in the end, trying to finish up, and they missed some work. Overall was good, it's just that they got rushed towards the end, and I had ordered a deep cleaning, but most of the lower levels did not get touched.

did a thorough job cleaning the upstairs portion of my home (2 story - upstairs is 4 bdrms and 2 baths). all the detail cleaning, blinds baseboards etc

Since I had not had my professionally house cleaned for quite some time, there was a buildup of grime and dust in several areas of the two bathrooms, living rooms, bedroom and kitchen. All of their time was spent scrubbing and cleaning. They did a superb job. They arrived on the dot, but when I pointed out that it was time to leave they said that they needed to finish vacuuming. This took them about 10 minutes past the two hours. My house is now much cleaner than it has been for years. Great job.

This was the next visit after the "deep cleaning" 2 weeks ago. They did a great job both times. We have a small home. The cost was reasonable. The woman worked very hard with no breaks. We signed up for the service every 2 weeks.

I was very pleased with how well kitchen was cleaned and the bathroom ceiling. Bathroom floor could have been cleeaned better.

I was home when they cleaned and they punctual for the appointment and communication with them was very good. They performed the cleaning in a timely manner. They did a very good job. Scheduling the appointment went perfectly and I would recommend their services to others.

The person was friendly but I think the price was high.

It went very well. Castle Fresh had two ladies show up on time and were very fast workers. They were very professional. They cleaned everything that I requested. They were also very friendly and personable.
