The ladies were very friendly and courteous to my family. They were prompt, although they didn't have the correct address. I want to be fair and honest to other consumers about my few concerns: I feel that the cleaning products used are very strong/harsh smelling. I also was disappointed that the downstairs floors and baseboards were left dirty, as well as the entire laundry room floor with my dog's food.. I had to go back through and wipe the laundry floor and stairwell baseboards because they were not touched. I also was disappointed that a deep-clean premium service didn't include vacuuming the upholstery. This, even after I tried to save them time with not cleaning the oven or fridge (which I had paid for in the package I selected). Overall, I feel that the team tried to perform a good service and were friendly.

They did a great job. Just a little slow to respond.

Deep cleaned house - went wonderfully. They showed up on time and did exactly what I asked them to do.

I had purchased the 4 hour deal and tried to target before the Thanksgiving Holiday but was late in the booking, so the earliest I could schedule was the Friday the following week. That was the week of the cold snap and a series of unfortunate events meant that the date had to be rescheduled. This was not the fault of Castle Fresh as their communication was excellent. Given the holiday times, they were booked back to back for quite awhile but offered to come on Sunday and they came early (due to their own scheduling readjustments) and did an amazing job. The kitchen looked amazing, even though I felt a little bad that I hadn't done more than a rudimentary wipe of the stove tops. I would absolutely use them again and at this point, seriously considering hiring them for an ongoing regularly scheduled appointment.

They cleaned (dust, mop, vacuum) a number of surfaces, floors, counters, but not all. Came without equipment, and then broke my "cheap" mop. | |

Best cleaning service I have found! The Ladies came to my home in the middle of a snow storm and still made it on time! They did a great job with scrubbing the hard water buildup in showers, cleaned baseboards, and used proper cleaning solution on my hardwoods. I really liked that before they left we did a walk through and they told me all that was done. I've tried a few cleaning places in the last year and none of them come close to the professionalism and quality offered by Castle fresh. I don't generally require routine house cleaning services but I do like to have some deep cleaning done every now and then so I'm really happy to have found somewhere that will do a good job without charging an arm and a leg for it. Big thanks to Shelly and Liz for braving the storm and doing an awesome job!

They made sure to do exactly what I wanted.

They called to let me know they were going to be about 15 minutes late. Very nice and did a great job. They were here for 3 hours and willing to stay longer as needed.

Phenomenal job, delightful to work with, fast but great attention to detail. It was a two-woman team, and they spent just short of 4 hours to do what would have taken me 4 days. I have engaged the company to do regular cleaning for me based on how impressed I was with the great communication, responsiveness, and quality of work. Would highly recommend Castle Fresh as a home cleaning service.

I purchased this to clean my daughter's house before her daughter's first birthday party. It was wonderful for her to have one less thing to worry about. She was very happy with the service.

We purchased a deal for this deep cleaning service on Angie's List. They were super responsive and we love the way our house looks after they are here. We love them so much we have set up twice a month cleanings with them and would recommend them to everyone. Bridget and Shelley are fantastic and it is always one of them, so we don't have to explain what pieces they don't have to touch every time. We love Castle Fresh!!

They did deep housecleaning. Dusted thoroughly, cleaned my refrigerator and oven, all my floors, vacuumed. Loved Shelley and Amanda! They were early for the job and the 4 hours at my home very well. They clean like pricey resort maids, very professional and specially folded towels and toilet paper. :0)

Brian called the very next day after we purchased and it was a holiday weekend. We were able to schedule the date we wanted and they arrived on time. Shelley and Bridget came the first time. They are absolutely wonderful. They arrived when they said they would and had all of their own equipment and cleaning supplies. We were so happy with the deep clean we set up every other week cleanings which are super reasonably priced. We always get Shelley or Bridget and they have learned what we like and the things we would rather they not try to do (like clean off my disaster of a desk) - they do always ask me though. On my last cleaning - I asked Shelley to take care of the windows since next week is Thanksgiving. My house looks great and is ready for the relatives to show up. I love these ladies (and Brian) and will continue to use Castle Fresh for all of my cleaning needs.

The setting up appointment and communication with them was very easy and they were very friendly and accommodating. They were great.

It was fine. It was one person so she was there for about 4 hours of something. I think he pretty much did what I need her to do. I think she was pretty responsive to my request. It took a little while to get it scheduled.

They originally scheduled my house cleaning for about two weeks after initial contact and purchase of bid deal. That was acceptable to me. On the day they were to clean they called and canceled. Indicating that one of their employees had become ill and they did not have anyone else who was available. That was OK with me and asked when they could reschedule. Their next day was in December and that seemed unreasonable to me. The manager/owner was considerate and apologetic, but did not have any openings where he could squeeze me in. I guess I thought offering their big deal was an indication they could handle new business--but that was not the case. My experience although not solving my issue of cleaning my house was never the less acceptable. Once we determined there was not a time available to meet my goal of having the house cleaned before Thanksgiving, the owner suggested a refund and was very polite.

They cleaned kitchen, four bedrooms, living room, two and a half baths. They did a good job on many places, but a sloppy and rushed job on many others. For instance they didnt vacuum my living room or stairs well. They didnt clean the outside or top of fridge or the sliding glass door. I wouldnt consider it to be a deep clean. My toilets didnt get the inside scrubbed. Basically it is a similar clean that I would do in four hours but because there were two people I was expecting a great job. My house is never particularly dirty either. They were very nice and punctual and they did some things well that got under my cutting boards and some parts of my bathroom that are usually missed. I feel like it was overpriced for the service received.

They cleaned my kitchen and 3 bathrooms, vacuumed 2 rugs and a set of stairs. I was very impressed with their services.

Probably the best level of customer service I have experience in a long time. Brian worked around our schedule and was extremely responsive to my calls and emails. Cleaners were on time, very professional and spoke English which was a plus.

It went well. The cleaners were very professional and seemed committed to a good job. Overall, they did a good job on the house. However, there were areas in my two bedrooms that somehow missed being vacuumed and still had hand prints on the door frames.
