Castle Fresh House Cleaning

The service was fine and they met our expectations. They worked for about three and a half to four hours. They sent two people to complete the job. They were really late to the appointment but they called ahead to let us know.

The service was great! The manager was awesome. There was a conflict and he handled it very professionally. We highly recommend their service.

Mom and Daughter team arrived on time and were extremely courteous, polite and respectful. Three bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned to my complete satisfaction and with 15 minutes additional time, the two women remained busy with dusting, vacuuming, wiping down kitchen counters, appliances and cabinets.I am well satisfied with the work performed and appreciate the pleasant attitude of these two women.

They did a great job. They sent out one girl for 4 hours. I have used them again.

they were fantastic. arrived right on the button, asked for any specific requests/concerns, and got to work. i was at work all day, and when i got home, i'd temporarily forgotten they had come. i opened the door, and it was like one of those magical and quot;AHHHHHHand quot; moments, with sparkling lights and birds chirping. no joke. they even organized all my jewelry that was in a pile on my dresser, and cleaned the inside of the trash can in the bathroom. i highly, highly recommend them.

That service went well and I still continue to use them. They do a very thorough job with housecleaning. They do the basics and bring their own cleaning supplies. I used Brigit and she and a helper come out every 2 weeks. They priced out the housecleaning to be 6 hours, but it didn’t take them 6 hours to do the work, so they were willing to credit me the additional time for another service at a later date.

They cleaned and dusted all the shelves and all the figurines, Hummels, and other china pieces. They vacuumed our family room and living room and our lampshades. They dusted our buffet in the dining room with care to our antiques. They dusted and vacuumed the master bedroom and bath. They dusted all the counter space and cleaned the shower stall of the hard water and soap deposits. They worked hard.

We recently relocated to Colorado from Oregon and needed a cleaning service to deep clean the house we purchased. Castle Fresh House Cleaning did a fantastic job. They were on time and efficiently cleaned the whole house. A great deal for the price and one less thing for me to do while moving.

They did an excellent job. Amazed at the extras like dusting bathroom light fixtures. Deciding whether I can afford regular service but very impressed with their initial cleaning.

They arrived right on time and asked me what I wanted cleaned and started right away. They even cleaned things that I neglected to request of them. Cleaned very thoroughly and they worked like crazy nonstop. They cleaned behind my stove and refrigerator and got dirt off that I've tried to clean for years! They were also very friendly and communicated well, asked me things as they went along and did extras without being asked. Very professional and nice . I originally bought 4 hours of cleaning but ended up buying 7 hours, which they were happy to do. I just love everything about this experience, all the reviews were accurate about this company! I'll happily use them again on a regular basis!

Alicia and Kelly were punctual, hard working, professional and personable. They cleaned so well I almost didn't recognize my own house, and I enjoyed having them. I'm looking forward to their services on a regular basis. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending them to others.

These ladies from Rachel's Crew, including Rachel and her mother, came by after having cleaning 2 other houses prior. They were extremely nice and performed an excellent job cleaning my entire house in detail. I bought a service coupon that did not include cleaning inside the oven, microwave and cabinets, however, since they were still under the 2 hours mark, they threw that in for free. They are a great team, incredibly accommodating and very thorough in their cleaning. It was also a very pleasant experience scheduling this appointment with Brian. I will most definitely be contacting Castle Fresh House Cleaning for our periodic house cleaning needs.

Castle Fresh House Cleaning did a good job, it went very well. I have to cause for complaints. I called him Friday night, after business hours, he left a message on his phone that said I understand we're closed, but if you call me now, I just had to leave and deal with something important and if you call and leave a message I will extend the deal to you, and he did so I was very much appreciative of that. He called me back the next day, which was a Saturday and made arrangements for the following Thursday or something and I gave him no grief and he was very patient with me, so it was all good all the way around.

They were on time and did a detailed job of cleaning. They are responsive to requests for specific cleaning jobs. Good attitude and good follow up.

the girls divided and conquered my home and were thorough! I am very pleased with their work and professionalism.

They could stand to be better organized. Our house is about 3000 sq. ft., and they should have been able to do more than they got done.

They cleaned, ovens, stovetops, microwave, fridge, all the floors, baseboards, bathrooms. Steam cleaned the floors after vacuuming and dusting.

It went great! They were very friendly and did a thorough job. They even cleaned all of the base boards and window sills.

It was ok. but not as stellar as I thought it would be. I felt like they were not as detailed about the cleaning as I was needing. My house is generally surface clean and whenever I hire someone I need the edges, corners etc..

Castle Fresh always does professional and thorough work. The whole house looked fantastic because of the good work that was done. We will definitely use their services again.

They cleaned the kitchen floor, stove, counter tops, cabinet exteriors and the fridg. Also, they cleaned two bathroom floors can vanities and mirrors, the master bedroom carpet and cleaned all the mirrors, dusted and cleaned the kitchen and dinning room chairs, table, and hutch. For the living room they dusted all the wood furniture, picture frames and leather couch and love seat, and vacuumed the area rug. They cleaned and polished the hard wood floor in the kitchen, dining room and kitchen and cleaned the tile floor in the baths and laundry room. Did a great job.

I was surprised at the thoroughness but was also surprised at things that were missed.

Overall I was really pleased, and would probably hire them again. Just would always be sure they know to clean our fans!

the women who came to clean my house from castle fresh showed up at 8:00 am on the dot, not a minute late. They were friendly and kind and spoke great English. They worked hard for 4 hours and then asked me what else they could do for me. They did everything I asked of them and more. I had to change the date of my cleaning and they got back to me by email very quickly. I would say this business is very well run and they do a great job. I will definitely use them again.
