I purchased 6 hours of time from Castle Fresh and had a list of items I wanted cleaned in that time frame. They got through my list and had time left over for more. My wife was impressed and pleased with the job they did.

Wow! They did such a phenomenal job that we continued regular service with them. My in-laws were coming into town the next day and Castle Fresh made me look GOOD :)

We started with a deep clean through Angie's List, which made our entire house sparkle, then went to monthly service. Service can include changing the bed sheets and we appreciate add-on services as needed. Their monthly/weekly service checklist is comprehensive and competitive and they set aside the appropriate time needed for the job. Cleaners arrive with appropriate supplies and they use fairly "green" methods or products and are open to using what you prefer if you provide it. Never has anyone seemed rushed, just calm and friendly. The owner is responsive, positive and helpful. As a busy family with young children, Castle Fresh helps us push the "reset" button so things stay tidy. Their staff is attentive to detail. We always look forward to our Castle Fresh Day!

Castle Fresh employees always arrive on time, professional and friendly. The work is always completed and if they finish early, they always ask for extra tasks to complete. Brian, is always responsive and helpful in coordinating dates, especially if things come up and you need to reschedule. I hope you try them soon!

Excellent! I have been using Castle Fresh for several months, and each cleaner they sent did a great job--thanks Ashley, Ciara and Maria. And especially thanks to Brian, the manager, who professionally coordinates the housekeepers every month, sends reminder emails, and follows up on questions. Terrific company!

It went very well and the service was exceptional.

It was better than expected! She really got into all of the nooks and crannies. My fridge has never been cleaner! They are very good at this and the price is good. I was very impressed. I will hire them again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Well, when they actually showed up, it went OK. Problem is twofold: 1 - Thoroughly unreliable with respect to keeping a regular schedule. No-shows, tardiness, schedule changes, inconsistent crew with respect to the people themselves AND the number of people. 2 - They advertise as bringing their own cleaning supplies, but you'd better have a toilet brush IN EVERY BATHROOM, or the toilet will be skipped (inside and out). The icing on the cake was when they emailed me and when attempting to email back I got a permanent bounce message because their mailbox is full. Perhaps that says it all? The people who have come to clean have been nice and friendly and professional in their behavior and interaction. The problem seems to be management. I have not read any other reviews and perhaps my experience is an outlier, but this represents my actual experience with this provider. Despite repeated problems, I've given them opportunities to get it right. Perhaps they can, but it has NOT been my experience.

Very Well, arrived on time. Excellent job!!! Very professional. Asked questions if had concerns about materials, finishes etc.

They did a great job. We were out of town and wanted our house cleaned before we came home and they were accommodating of the date and gaining access to our house. The cleaning looked very thorough, especially considering we have three cats and two dogs.

It was great! They were easy and responsive for scheduling and my home looked beautiful when they were done!

I discovered Castle Fresh in September through Angie’s List. I had 7 family members from England coming to stay at my house. I wanted to make a good impression. The price was great and all went perfect. The housecleaner/maid was excellent. I have requested her since. I’m not big on doing surveys or reviews. After the visit, I kept receiving emails to write a review. I am a busy professional who hadn’t taken the time to comment on the experience Castle Fresh provided. The emails kept coming. Also, I am new to Angie’s List so I am learning how they operate. When I wrote my review, it was all great except when I said they are overly eager to keep emailing you. Brian from Castle Fresh asked me to clear up the “B” rating my review caused him and his company. Castle Fresh doesn’t send the surveys. Angie’s List does. I tried to edit my comments to correct the review which was a challenge online so I called Angie’s List and they said they would make the correction. It did not happen. I recently used Castle Fresh again and Brian asked about the edit being made. I told him I tried online and by phone. Castle Fresh deserves a A rating. Brian, sorry it took me so long to get back to addressing this. Hopefully Angie’s List will take my review to correct the earlier review. Keep up the good work.

Went great. They accommodated me on the date that I wanted the job done. Very pleased with the whole thing.

The cleaners arrived in a timely manner and did an excellent job. I actually had contracted for eight hours of deep cleaning work (baseboard scrubbing, shelf dusting, etc.) and they completed all of the tasks I wanted with time left over, but then refused to leave early even after I told them they were welcome to do so without any expectation by me of a refund. Instead of leaving early, they did general tidying up and organizational tasks to ensure that I received the full value I paid for. 10/10, will hire again.

The whole team was extremely pleasant to work with, very understanding of our particular needs, flexible. Brian is a great guy, always got back to me when I emailed. The gals that cleaned were very pleasant, friendly to my son, understanding our issues. Did a very good cleaning as well, but I really value the personal side as much. Very easy to work with. Would still be using Castle Fresh, but we moved and sold the condo.

Excellent! Nicole came 2 minutes early, did a thorough job (I don't even think she ate or took a break during the day) and was most amenable.

My first experience with this company wasn't positive. I wrote a negative review and thought that would be it. Brian with Castle Fresh contacted me and offered to redo the deep-clean that I was unhappy with. but unfortunately I had already moved out of state. He immediately offered to refund my payment and I received a check in the mail this afternoon. I consider this exceptional customer service. I wish Brian had an office in my new location, I would gladly use them again.

Very well. The lady doing the job worked efficiently and hard. The only slight fault was that the laminate floors were a bit streaky, just like when I do them.

I love Castle Fresh! Brian (the owner) is an amazing person to work with. He takes pride in screening his employees and making sure they are trained before sending them to your home. I have used several different maids over the years and they all did a great job. They bring their own equipment (except toilet brushes) and will use their products or yours. The maids are pleasant, hard working, and try very hard to please you. Emma will work with you on scheduling a service and she tries very hard to meet your needs. I find their pricing very reasonable and I do tip the maids. I highly recommend them.

Two ladies were at my home for about 6 hours. They did a great job! They worked hard the whole time. My home is 2600 sq ft upstairs and about 1000 sq feet downstairs. They dusted down the plantation shutters and cleaned the fridge in addition to regular house cleaning. I will hire them again in the future.
