Castle Fresh House Cleaning

The two ladies arrived on time and got to work right away after a walk-through. They did a great job on the major things such as carpet, furniture, doors, etc. They also cleaned small items such as light switches, items in the bathroom, and even did the few dishes that were in the kitchen sink. By the way, I didn't realize our stainless steel sink would be that clean and would shine like that. The ladies were professional and very personable.

The vast majority of the house was cleaned well. According to my wife, with reminders, they did additional cleaning of some of the toilets, parts of the stove, island counter and kitchen sink. They missed some dusting areas in our kids rooms altogether. The chemical smell was quite strong in the house, so we had to open windows for a few hours afterwards. The service is likely very specific to the people who do the work.

It was fine. It was done very timely. It?s been a while and I have really nothing to say about the experience I had with them. The $145 coupon covered it.

They did a marvelous job. They did an absolutely great job.

They were FANTASTIC! These ladies cleaned like I never knew you could do! All the little debris that collects under the glass shelves I. The fridge, the streaks on the oven window, the soap build-up in showers...ALL of it sparkling like new! Not only that, but all the vother cleaning was done well, too. They were tidy, helpful, and friendly to chat with. Needless to say, I was highly impressed! Wish I had called them a long time ago. I highly suggest that others use this service - completely worth it!

The service didn't go well, I thought it was a waste of money. I ended up cleaning after they left. They came out, and I had to tell them to go back and do a few spots. My house was not messy to begin with. The girl was nice, it was her first time heading the cleaning crew, and one girl was better than the other. They did not have enough cleanings.

They did a great job. They were on time, quality of work was as advertised, called ahead to clarify details of service and price was reasonable as it came in under estimate.

I was promised that they would show up and do the cleaning that they advertised via a coupon. I booked them several weeks before I needed the cleaning. Half an hour before they were to show up a lady called me and said she could not come because her child needed to be picked up. I was surprised that the manager of the service did not call me and that they did not have a somebody else to substitute. I called the office and was told that they could not send anyone at that time and they would come the next day. The next day was the party. I was left without help. Did not appreciate it.

Wow! I place a lot of value on customer service and my very first experience with Castle Fresh was finding them on Angie's list at 9:00pm on a Thursday night and the listing said something like and quot;call anytimeand quot; so I did right then. And Brian answered the phone! We were able to discuss services and he provided me with an estimate by email the next day. We got everything scheduled over email - my preference - and he was always very responsive. Then his team showed up. Rachael, Lita, and Kelly were prompt, professional, and personable. My rental was a mess and they were thorough and communicated with me everything they were doing, pointing out issues and confirming next steps. Up to and including snaking the bath tub drain when it drained slowly which I didn't expect. For me, the most important part of any working relationship is knowing and believing my partners will do what they say they will do - and Castle Fresh House Cleaning exceeded my expectations.

They are quick and efficient, bring all their own supplies and equipment and do a great job. Haven't had any problems with them.

They were fine. They did an amazing job, but it was good enough since I was on crutches. They just kind of run out of time in the time they have allotted so they didn’t get into the kitchen, that’s all.

They were awesome! They did wonderful on the appliances. There were two people that came and they were here for about 4 and half hours. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

The first time they came in, they had to reschedule. There were two separate cleaning times that I've used them, with this being my second visit with them. The person in charge, I watched her do my kitchen, and noticed she was extremely thorough. My oven is self-cleaning so they didn't really have to clean that but they did a good job on the refrigerator. However, they missed a lot in the basement. They did make it good and came back to re-dust, but I had to tell them everything that was not dusted. I will be using them again in the future to try them again and I requested the same crew lead.

It was good. They came in after we had our wood floors redone, so there was a lot of dust. They did a great job. They were there for about three hours. They dusted, took out the bookshelves, cleaned it and wiped on top. They got up on ladders and wiped up on top of the bookshelf ledge. They really did a thorough job of cleaning. We were very happy. I would absolutely use them again. We are going to try and get them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. There were no additional charges. They got a lot done in the amount of time they were here; probably more than previous cleaners in the same amount of time. They got the job done that they were hired to do. The price was the going rate so it was fair. The Big Deal was a great price but I'm not sure if I could afford their regular price.

Scheduling was fine, they did have to re-schedule once but it was not a big deal. There were two cleaners here doing the work and they were here for about 4 hours to complete everything. The lead girl was fabulous and very professional. The results of the cleaning were not good. I had to ask them to go back over a few areas of the house. I was expecting a "deep" cleaning like the deal stated. I was not impressed especially with the price I paid. The technicians are usually fast and efficient.

The two women were very punctual and from the moment they arrived they were very friendly and professional. After going through the areas that needed to be focused on they immediately went to work. I received a phone call on the completed house to the minute of the time estimated. They both took me on a walk through and went WAY above and beyond. The house was Spotless! They did a deep clean of the areas I wanted them to focus on and even cleaned the garage. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to do any move in/move out services.

They were good. They missed a couple of things that we wanted them to do. But what they did do was very well done. The product that they used on our wood floors left clean but dull. The people that came were very friendly, on time and worked quickly. We had good results except for couple of small issues. Their price was good.

Amanda and Shana were awesome. I'm disabled and can't really clean myself so there were months of buildup in all rooms cleaned. I sleep with my windows open so a lot of dust covered my bedroom furniture, I was awed when I walked in the room - FANTASTIC. Bathroom pretty much the same as bedroom - again FANTASTIC. The Kitchen wasn't quite so bad except for the refrigerator. I've been trying for years to get the fingerprints off of the door handles with failure every time - the door handles look almost new, I was very excited to see that. The amount of dirt and grime in my home caused them to have to stay for another 75 minutes. Both ladies worked their tushies off and they don't have much to spare. I'm thinking about hiring them for a deep clean 51 point list. They were both professional and friendly and quiet enough that I got in an hour and a half nap.

Brian was great on the phone, and the two women who showed up to clean our home were fabulous. We moved out in the snow, and the house was dirtier than I intended due to wet boots in and out during the move. They walked the entire home, noted the details, and went straight to work. I left them to finish, came back to check on the house the next morning and we impressed. They even moved out the stove and refrigerator and cleaned behind them. Brian obviously operates with a trained staff, and I recommend them without reservation.

They did very well. I am extremely pleased with the job they did!
