Castle Fresh House Cleaning

I was not present during the cleaning, but when I returned I was rather pleased with the results. My place was spotless. They even went as far as to arrange the liquor bottles on my bar cart.

I purchased a coupon through Angie's list for the cleaning. The ladies were very nice and behaved very professionally. However, they left many of my surfaces streaky and still dirty (including my cooktop) and missed some areas (including part of the showers, oilets and sinks) entirely. I had to redo a portion of the work after they left. I had to have them leave 30 minutes early, but they were completed with most of the rooms, so I don't think the missed areas would have been addressed. I am sorry to say I would not recommend them, nor will I use them again.

They did a really good job. We had a team of two people for four hours for a total of eight man hours. They were very punctual They staff who came to the house were genuinely friendly, and they genuinely liked working with each other It was apparent that the staff actually enjoy their work (not always the case with house cleaning teams that I have hired in the past)

Had scheduled a cleaning for every two weeks. This past week, nobody showed to clean. Caught by surprise, I contacted the owners. They provided the excuse that some workers did not show up for work and so I was cancelled. They never call to inform me of this. I followed up and requested that they make up the missed appointment. The owner, Brian, said he would call back with a date. Never did. Promised a $29 discount on the next cleaning, but has since not scheduled that next appointment. Very UNprofessional. The cleaner crew is average. Not worth more than what you would pay others, as they claim. If I was only considering the owner and his customer skills, they probably deserve a lower cleaning rate, not a higher than average rate. I will stay clear of them in the future.

It went beautifully--Rachel was the crew leader. She and her helper cleaned the house spic and span, and even cleaned our 3 bathrooms perfectly. They dusted, vacuumed, cleaned the kitchen, and the rest of the house. We look forward to having Rachel help us again!

Both the customer service and the actual cleaning that Castle Fresh offer are amazing. They're quick to respond to requests such as adding more time to a cleaning, adjusting schedule, or focusing on a particular area. And the cleaning crew does a wonderful job- I never feel like I need to go back over any rooms and the house is spotless. We only pay for 90 minutes, so we of course have reasonable expectations for what they're able to accomplish and haven't been disappointed. I am so glad I've found a great service like Castle Fresh!

Cleaners were punctual and completed all services as promised. I only have two minor complaints: they left the stainless steel sink with some debris in it and it took them 2-5 business days to respond to my request for a cleaning (contacted them via email and received no reply for the first cleaning for 2 business days and for the second cleaning 5 business days after email request). Overall was happy with the service and complaints are minor.

Two women, who I will call A and B, came to my house to perform the service I purchased. They were on time. I gave them a tour of the house and talked about my priorities. I told them all I wanted done in the cellar was to vacuum it, and to wipe down the washer and dryer. The rest of the house was just the usual: dust, vacuum, wipe down the floor boards, etc. B started in the cellar and A started upstairs. B was in the cellar for what I thought was a really long time (it is a very small space - it is not a full sized cellar). A came down to check on her a couple of times. A finished the entire upstairs, then B started on the main floor bathroom while A was doing the living and dining areas. Then B was in the bathroom for a really LONG time after it had already been cleaned. I strongly suspect B was on the phone because I heard her mention to A that she doesn't like her kids calling her at work. They both did started the kitchen, and that is when stuff started to get broken. I believe they were rushing because they were running out of time. First was a small shot glass. That wasn't a big deal. But the second piece was my first hand made fused art glass piece of a dragonfly - it got knocked off of the window sill and shattered. That upset me - it can't be replaced. They did finish the kitchen, and B finished up in my office and they left. Later in the week I discovered that the glass tray in my microwave also had a large chip knocked out of the edge. I contacted Brian, told him what happened, and he offered to refund the service fee in exchange for the broken items, which I think is fair. I appreciated Brian's prompt response and resolution.

Arrived on time, very professional and did a great job! Purchased a special and went overtime and they billed me for the difference. Total price above. Would recommend. Not inexpensive but worth it.

The service was better than I expected. The person who scheduled me was very courteous and clear, with emailed expectations of the service. The staff that came to my home to clean were punctual, efficient and didn't use products that stink. They certainly exceeded my expectations. I'd be glad to have them back any time. Thinking about having them come for routine semi-monthly service, but need to check my budget to make sure it would work.

Communication with Brian E. is straightforward and clear. I know what to expect and when. The cleaners are efficient and leave my home looking great. So far, it has been a great experience working with them.

The cleaners did an excellent job providing a whole house clean. They were very punctual. In fact, they were ready to start early. They also went above and beyond by cleaning my vaulted ceiling and fan. Everything was done well from top to bottom. I would highly recommend this company and the wonderful ladies who work for Brian.

Cleaned the inside of fridge, all tile, hardwood, and carpeted floors. A deep clean to bathrooms and making sure to dust everything. They also cleaned off book shelves, picture frames, and the ceiling fan.

Castle Fresh cleaned our home and did a great job. Rachel was the crew leader and was excellent. She cleaned every room spic and spam and when she was finished, walked through every room with me to make sure we were satisfied. She has a lot of energy and works like a tornado! We have been using Castle Fresh for several years now, and are very happy with them.

hmmm, Excellent! Rachel and Laura arrived very pleasant and professional. They were knowledgeable and went through a number of areas I didn't even think of and was appreciative of their approach. They worked a solid 4 and a 1/2 to 5 hours! I do mean solid, they did not take a break. They juggled around my 4 cats with great aplomb, they do not make working in the house easy. I highly recommend them and will be using them again ourselves.

Provided a full house cleaning; all cabinets and appliances, move your small appliances and other items on your counter and clean the counter area, clean the tops of all items and replace them where they found them, scour your sink and sweep/thoroughly mop your floors;Bathrooms: they will clean showers, tubs, toilet and sinks, clean and disinfect all fixtures and treat any mildew, clean your mirrors and the shower door tracks, move most vanity items and clean your counter areas, clean the tops of vanity items and replace them, clean your bathroom cabinets; they changed the linens and make the beds, clean wall decorations, picture frames, light switches, doors and door trim, dust, clean and/or polish all furniture and all decorative items, sweep, mop and vacuum all floors;

I moved into town and needed a housecleaning service. Went to Angie's list and found Castle Fresh house cleaners. I have been using them for about 7 months now and they are awesome. Every crew that comes to clean are very professional and get the job done beyond my satisfaction. They listen to my concerns and always makes sure they are taken care of. Since I have many pets in our house I have special instructions unique to our house and they greet the task without question and accomplishes it quickly and efficiently! One extra special thing I find about this company is, they seem to take pride in the company they work for. Very hard workers and do a GREAT job. Thank you Rachael and Tanya

We hired Castle Fresh to come a couple days before we hosted Thanksgiving to give us a hand making sure everything was clean and sparkling for our guests. Brian got us scheduled quickly and he emailed a list of services ahead of time for us to mark our highest priorities. A crew of two cleaners arrived on time and got to work right away. We had kids and dogs in the house and there was no problem communicating with the crew to make sure we stayed out of their way. They were friendly and did a wonderful thorough job. The inside of my fridge hasn't been this clean since it was new. We will definitely use this service again.

I have used other cleaners, and these are better than most, and at a reasonable cost. Sometimes a poor job is done or a dust bunny missed, but generally they do a pretty thorough job and any little extras I ask them to do (a plus -- the cleaners can read in a language I can write notes in). The office personnel sometimes have trouble keeping track of details, but overall, the manager Brian is easy to work with. The cleaners themselves are trustworthy and do a good job. Special kudos to Mary and her crew.

Mary has cleaned my house several times of the past couple of months and she is great! She is very professional, thorough, and always on time. I feel very comfortable having her in my house and appreciate her hard work!

The crew worked very hard, but they were a little erratic and required instruction. Some areas were cleaned impeccably and others not so much, but they were very responsive when asked specifically.

Cleaned floors, bathroom, vacuumed, wiped counters, tidied?
