Castle Fresh House Cleaning

Eight hours of cleaning, floors, cabinets, bathrooms and anything in-between. I thought that for every place in the house that they touched, I thought they did nice quality work with the cleaning. Just walking around and inspecting, looking at different things, it seemed like they had done a nice job. I thought the quality of the work was good, I was happy with it. The piece that I didn?t care for and why I wouldn?t use them again is, I got a call like a week later. That started with, ?Hey, so and so was at your house and she did a really nice job, she was there for 8 and a half hours.? ?So, the additional half hour we would like to compensate her for that at our standard rate, which is like $60 an hour or something.? So, the whole package was like $160, then they wanted me to pay another $30 for the additional time. By our recording, she wasn?t there for 8 and a half hour. She didn?t tell us she was going over the 8-hour limit and that there was an additional fee. That is the only piece about the whole thing that left a bad taste in my mouth. Before that, I was like, ?hey, these guys are great?, and I was thinking about using a regular cleaning service and I would consider them.

I have put this review off for quite some time in the hopes that they would make good on their promise, but unfortunately, that is not what happened. After my initial phone consultation, it was agreed that a crew of two would be sent for 4 hours, however, on the day of service, only one girl arrived, and she worked for about 7 hours. In that amount of time, no dusting had been done, and none of the floors had been mopped (we have hardwood and tile), the mirrors and appliances had been wiped with a wet cloth and never dried, so they were very streaky, etc. I contacted Castle Fresh to let them know I was disappointed, and was happy to receive an email apologizing and that they would "love to send someone out to fix it free of charge", and also reduced my fee by $30 for the hassle of having someone come out twice. I responded with dates to get the re-clean scheduled, and was told that they were scheduling "really far out" and that they'd "get back to me soon". I finally sent an email a month later to find out exactly how "far out" we were looking, and was told that they had an opening about a week and a half later. This time, a crew of two was sent and although they were very late, they did a fabulous job. I am pleased with the service they provided. 10 days following that 2nd cleaning job, I received an invoice for $245! I reminded them of the email I had received after the first job stating that this 2nd service would be at no charge and was told that they only do a no-charge cleaning if it's same- or next-day. I would have been thrilled to have them offer to send someone out the next day, but was never given that opportunity. In fact, I'm not sure if I hadn't asked one month later, if they would ever have been in touch with a new date. On the surface, this company appears to be very professional, and one of the reasons I chose them is that I loved that they have a list of exactly what to expect. Unfortunately, those expectations were not met. I will not be using them again, and will not refer any of my friends.

It was great. The lady who came to the house was prompt and professional. She started working immediately. Our house was immaculate when we came home. Everything was done. Setting up the service was a bit frustrating as they were booked so far out, so we had to wait a few weeks after purchasing our service through Angie's list. However they were worth the wait. Having used other cleaning services before this was definitely the best service and we will book them again.

They did a really great job. It was easy to schedule, and they were right on time (They were very prompt). This was my first time using them. I had never used a cleaning company before, but they did a fine job. It took about 8 hours to finish. There were 2 ladies that did the job. They did what they said they were going to do, and had the right equipment to do the work. I will be using them again, and may be scheduling to use them about once a month.

After Castle Fresh completed my house cleaning, I was afraid to touch anything. The surfaces and appliances they cleaned were spotless, the tracks left by their vacuums made my carpets and couches look like a zen garden. I will continue to use Castle Fresh going forward when my house needs a good polish in addition to the basic cleaning and organization that I try to practice.

Superb. Brian and his employees run a first class operation. My husband and I have used Castle Fresh numerous times and have been completely satisfied each and every time.

Excellent job, they arrive 5 minutes before the time schedule and they completed the job perfectly.

The CF team did a fantastic job and my home was gleaming when they finished. They were on time and on schedule. The inside team of Brian and Micheal were very responsive in getting me booked and even sent reminders of my cleaning time...they are very organized. The crew was very professional and I loved the cleaning supplies they used. I will continue to use their services regularly.

The cleaners were great -- and when I asked them about whether it's a good company to work for they both said that the owner is awesome and treats them very well, which was reassuring as I worry that in this industry the employees (almost all women) could easily be exploited.

Fantastic! The cleaners were super professional and friendly. The kitchen and bathroom were sparkling after they were finished.

Terrible. they never responded to my calls or emails. Last email/ calls we made were on August 16th. They just responded on. Sept 4th. We had to find another provider at last minute and we have challenged the charge with AMEX. ABSOLUTE disgrace

Excellent! Kathy did an fabulous job, and she was friendly yet professional. She cleaned my ceiling fans, vacuumed walls, cleaned tops of all my furniture, cleaned my bathroom top to bottom, even cleaned my blinds, etc, etc, etc. My mother was there as she is every Friday and apparently was on the phone telling everyone what a wonderful job she was doing. I plan on scheduling another cleaning and will specifically ask for Kathy.

The service went very well and she worked very hard. Well done.

Most excellent. I will be using their service in the future and I will be requesting Tanya Ibarra to work on my account. She was prompt and very effective. Her work was excellent and my house never looked better. If she is an indication of their overall service, I recommend them with highest praise.

Overall, very well. Seems like maybe they were short staffed, but everyone worked hard. A small bathroom was missed, but again, overall, things went well. We would use Castle Fresh again.

Fabulous! Desiree was courteous, professional, and thorough. In fact, she was more. During the cleaning I was taking trash to the dumpster and fell off the steps. Twisted my ankle and couldn't walk. She actually took the time to get her first aid kit from her car and attend to my knee and ankle. None of that, However, kept her from doing a great job.

GREAT JOB! I definitely recommend Castle Fresh. Great staff; on time; courteous; left my home in great shape.

The ladies were wonderful. They were on time and got right to work, ridding my home of dog hair and dust. They did a wonderful job cleaning the oven and fridge. I even got hugs when they left. I won't hesitate to use Castle Fresh again.

OMG, Rachael and her team were amazing. Unfortunately, due to health issue, my house has been neglected for such a long time. We are putting it on the market tomorrow and I am finally proud of my house again. My kitchen and bathrooms are immaculate. I would absolutely not hesitate to use them again.

Ming did an amazing job and only had a small bathroom sink to work with. I didn't find out until the next day that the water main in the house was failing so she managed to clean our house to that level with very little water pressure. We'll definitely have her back! Dee in your office was absolutely wonderful as well! There was a cancelation so she was able to schedule Ming on the same day! All around an excellent service!! We are very satisfied! I have been using Castle Fresh for over three years, and am extremely happy with their service. During that time, Castle Fresh has sent three different crew leaders as cleaners, and I have been happy with all of them. The latest crew leader was Monica, and she was fantastic. She is completely thorough and left no stone unturned to clean the home. She knew I had a party coming up, and made sure the house looked spic and span. She even steam-cleaned the hardwood floors and kitchen floor. I would highly recommend Castle Fresh.
