Castle Fresh House Cleaning

House looked really good when all was done.

They were punctual and professional and cleaned the items I requested. I would definitely hire them again.

They did a good job, a minor criticism is that one of the cleaners lectured me on how dirty our house was. This I knew, thus the reason for hiring a cleaning service. But all and all they did a good job and were happy with their punctuality and work performed.

Brian, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating. The lady that came was great. I had to remind her of a few things that she missed, but otherwise it was super. I'm actually having them come back the first part of April to do another deep clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had the "deep cleaning" service which, at that time, was on a special reduced price. I do not have a regular cleaning scheduled for my home, so it was in need of a thorough cleaning. I elected to not have my oven and refrigerator included to permit the cleaning persons to devote more time to the rest of the house. I had 2 women (Sherri & Haleigh) for a 4 hr period. They did an excellent job. I couldn't be more pleased. I was amazed at the amount of work they accomplished. When I have my home cleaned again, I will use this company and will request the same women to do the work.

Everything was beautiful and clean when they left. From the carpets to the ceiling fixtures, a complete awesome job from a very professional and knowledgeable house cleaner.

I have been using Castle Fresh since we moved to the Denver area in July. Brian is great to work with, very flexible and accommodating to my changing schedule. The ladies are great. Very professional and thorough. I look forward to seeing them every other week. In particular, LeTanya is amazing. She is wonderful with my dog, a pleasure to have here and does the best job!! Kudos!

I've been getting regular house cleaning from Castle Fresh for 3.5 years. Usually Rachel is the crew leader, and Michelle has been my regular cleaner for the last several months. Castle Fresh cleaning crews are punctual, thorough, friendly, and communicative. I like being able to schedule services via email and they charge my credit card that's kept on file. which is really convenient.

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I never got so much as a phone call or an email saying they would not make it. In an email they sent Monday night the owner, Brian Enyart, said "With the blizzard we could not make it out..." To me this is inexcusable, I understand not making it due to weather but a simple phone call to cancel would have been sufficient. I tried calling their main line four times on that Saturday, left two voice mails, and sent an email. I didn't get a response till Monday morning basically saying this company had dropped the ball. I had set up this service for Saturday so that they could help clean while I prepared other things for a Christmas party. By not showing up I was scrambling to make sure everything looked good. I tried to hire this company to make my life easier and less stressful, only to have the opposite effect. I have included below a screen shot of our email conversation. I UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

The two women were courteous and prompt. They did the work quickly and were very friendly. I'd hire them again if I fall behind.

Arranged to perform a five hour cleaning on our home with Brian who was very responsive and helpful in determining what would be required to meet my needs. He made arrangements for one cleaner for five hours after confirming that someone there for that length of time would not be an inconvenience. Misty called prior to arrival to let me know she was on her way but then called back when her GPS took her to a similar address in the wrong part of town. Brian also called immediately apologizing and confirming they had the address in correctly. All was well, Misty arrived and went right to work doing an incredible job. The house smelled and shined like a freshly, well cleaned house. I couldn't have been more pleased. She even made the effort while she was finishing up to explain what cleaning products she used and why, never stopping her cleaning. I have already arranged for additional cleanings.
