 + 2 moreFrom the time he gave us the estimate to the end of the project, Phil was great to work with. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of building, well-connected with other professionals required to do the work, and full of good ideas. While we had a general idea about the layout of the basement from the start, there were a few improvements made along the way. Most of the good ideas came from Phil, and he was receptive to our ideas as well. He really thought of every detail, and we are extremely happy with the finished result.
Description of Work: Completely finished basement including a bedroom, full bath, family room, closets. It was a raw space with only rough-in for toilet and some insulation, so Phil had to work from scratch. He did everything from putting in the walls, doors, etc, to lining up the drywaller, electrician, plumber, etc.

Description of Work: Appt to bid installation was scheduled between 12:00 & 1:00 pm, Phil called stating they were running late, be there at 2:00 pm, they finally arrived after 4:00 pm, another individual From PDQ Flooring arrived with him to bid the job. Phil stated he would email the bid that same evening didn't received it until Thursday morning. Bid amount may have been Ok for what they quoted, I didn't hire them because of being unprofessional and wanting to complete the work after his day job.

Description of Work: Thru Angie's List I contacted this provider for an estimate on drywall repair; I sent the message on Sunday night and finally heard from the provider Friday morning. Since it took five days for them to return my inquiry, I was not interested in further pursuing working with this provider.
