I called the company and left a message. Three days later he finally called back, very late at night when my kids were sleeping. He said the job sounded like no problem and that he'd be happy to do it. He was leaving town for two weeks and would call me the Monday he returned to set up the exact time to come over. After hanging up, he called yet again (even later) to ask for my address. The two weeks (and two months) came and went and he never called back to schedule the work. That carried us into winter, so getting this repaired is now much more difficult, although I am attempting to do so with a different company.

He was awesome! I went through eight different roofers before I came across him on an estimate. He was the best and I was very satisfied. He was clean, hard working, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions too, which I really liked.

Chuck communicated well about his schedule, worked a long day and a half, and was meticulous about cleaning up the project site.

Contractor arrived on time and was willing to work 12+ hour days to finish the job on time. Very pleasant to work with. When an additional work was necessary, contractor clearly explained the reasons for it.
