The guy that showed up melted the unit that was in the wall. He was here for 5 hours and could not finish replacing it. They had to send somebody else and we ended up having to pay for all that time. I was not happy and we will not use them again.

My parents used Bob Stander plumbing for years; now that I'm remodeling their house for sale I called them again to install new toilet drains/flanges in two bathrooms after they were damaged during demolition of the bathroom floors. Tim came out to inspect - suggested that I remove some underflooring so he could do the job right - then returned twice at different stages in the remodel to install the pipe, then cut new holes and install the flanges. The end result is perfect and will undoubtedly last for years. He was flexible and responsive when other contractors changed their schedule requiring me to get him there on short notice to finish up the job. He is polite, neat and efficient and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. On an earlier occasion I called them out for a clean-out of the main sewer line - Tim inspected and readily admitted that he didn't have the right machine to do the job properly (I think it was broken at the time) and referred me to a reputable competitor to get the job done; he didn't charge me for his time. I commend him for his integrity.

He really has reasonable rates and he provides quality work. He calls back within minutes if you leave a message. He may not always be able to come out the same day but usually the next day or so.
