+ -1 moreThe experience was alright. The guy went up in the attic and destroyed the insulation and did not replace it. So, that was not the best performance and I had to go in there to straighten it out. Other than that, he did a great job and his price came in better than somebody else. His responsiveness and punctuality were also pretty good.
Description of Work: I used Ban Electric maybe several months ago for electrical services.

+ -1 moreThe gentlemen from BAN electric was very friendly and didn't make fun on my inability to simple reset the system
Description of Work: I was having problems with my outside lights not going on and I kept trying to reset them. I called BAN electric and he stopped by that afternoon. It turned out that I just wasn't strong enough to push the reset button. (I'm a senior citizen.) He had everything working easily for me and didn't charge me for the visit! That real customer service! I will definitely call him again when I need electrical help.

+ -1 moreBart kindly did not charge me the trip charge since I live near his home. He was prompt, very helpful and kind to not charge me. I would highly recommend BAN and I will continue to use their services.
Description of Work: I had two areas in my house and my outside lights that were not working. I tried pushing the GFS buttons but as a senior citizen, I guess I can't push them well enough to reset them. Bart from BAN came to my home and simply reset everything for me so they all work! It took him just a few minutes and he checked that everything was working again.

+ -1 moreThe biggest problem with them that I have is that I never got the quote back from them. I am sure that if I called them they would get it to me. The guy who came was knowledgeable and did what he said he was going to do. He was able to check my work with me. They were very professional and everyone I talked to knew what they were doing.
Description of Work: Mostly I needed to get a price and I needed them to check some work that I did.

+ -1 moreIt went exactly as planned, he also removed some old unused wire and replaced a light switch all for the quoted price. They were the only ones to call me back after I contacted them for a quote. They were out there within 2 hours! Great customer service!
Description of Work: Relocated a circuit from the basement to the kitchen. he had to run a length of wire and move two boxes.
