Edgar and his team were fantastic! We hired him to remove popcorn ceilings throughout our entire house. They did the job in just 2 days and the results were outstanding. In the bidding stage Edgar agreed to replace our ceiling fans as well, which was especially convenient. Edgar was very communicative, honest, and holds his work product to a very high standard. He will not stop until everything is perfect and the customer is happy. Will definitely be recommending Arechigas to neighbors and friends.

Ed and his team did great work with outstanding communication from start to finish. They were super efficient and worked with my tight timeline when I wanted to get things done before moving into our new house. He even took on extra projects that I added last minute to make sure we got what we wanted for the house to be move-in ready. Projects were scraping popcorn ceilings, interior paint and relocating our washer dryer to another room. Will call this team again for future projects!

My ruined ceiling looks beautiful. Due to water damage, I had to have pieces of my ceiling cut out. It was a huge mess! I was advised to remove the popcorn so the entire ceiling would be updated and would have continuity. I would highly recommend this company for drywall repair and painting. I made a request w Angi and w/in 2 minutes I received a call from Edgar to remove our popcorn ceilings. He came out quickly, assessed my home and then was working within a few days. He came to the job early, gave us a fair price and finished exactly when he said he would. Because of that, we asked if he could paint the inside, install recessed lighting, and remove our very old carpet and replacement w hardwood. All of this was completed in 2 separate 2 day intervals!!! The pricing was great and the work was even better!!! We will be hiring them in a few months to remodel our kitchen, paint our exterior home, and remodel 3 bathrooms!!! Excellent find on Angi!

There's paint on carpet, furniture and some areas uneven coverage. The ceiling lights he installed are very nice

After some issues completing this job. Edger contacted immediately. Was by in a few hours and had a quote for me and we had a signed agreement that afternoon to complete the job the next day. Working with him and his team was amazing and a tremendous pleasure.

Edgar and his team removed the popcorn from the ceilings in my basement, patched and re-textured the walls, removed old trim that had been damaged, painted the walls and ceilings, installed new LED recessed lighting, and the work is beautiful. Ed was wonderful to work with. He arrived on time, discussed the project and understood what I wanted. I have a good bit of work to do down before he returns to install new painted base trim.

Ed arrived as scheduled an d spent time listening to what I was wanting to accomplish in my basement. He was able to offer suggestions I had not considered. When we decided oñ a plan, Ed gave me what I felt was an extremely fair price. His team removed my popcorn ceiling, patched, textured and painted the walls as agreed and cleaned up each day before leaving. Ed kept me updated regularly throughout the project. I plan to have Arechigas Popcorn Removal, Drywall, and Painting return in 2025 to make my upstairs ceilings and walls beautiful also.

Ed was very helpful with the project and getting the various parts completed. The project included replacing siding, painting, repairing dry rot, removing cable exterior components.

Looking for popcorn ceiling removal, wallpaper removal, texturing, drywall and painting contractor? We just used Arechiga's Popcorn Removal and Painting and they did a phenomenal job! Edgar and his team removed popcorn ceilings, removed LOTS of wallpaper, re-textured the walls and painted the entire house. This wasn't an easy house to do as we have 14 - 20' ceilings! They needed Edgar was very easy to work with and kept us informed and updated about every aspect of the remodel via texts. His pricing was very reasonable compared to the other bids we received and he and his crew always showed up on time and completed the job within our timeframe. Edgar was very patient and accommodating when I kept making changes and additions to our original plan. Once I found out all the other things they could do for us, I had them remove a large jetted tub and replaced it with a gorgeous walk-in tiled shower with glass doors. They hung chandeliers for us (remember the 20' ceilings!), removed a dated kitchen lighting fixture and replace it with beautiful updated lighting (with dimmer switches), replaced all electrical outlet switches with nice new white ones, painted our fireplace and installed new bathroom vanities for us. They did a very poor, unprofessional job of painting. They did not do any prep, although that was part of the agreement. They got paint all over our wood trim and when installing our new lights they ruined the wiring on one light. Worst job painting I have ever seen.

Ed and his team were great to work with, they got me scheduled within a day and started working that same day! All of the work was done well and finished in time. He removed my popcorn, painted the walls, trim, and his wife did a beautiful job cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely recommend and work with in the future.

Ed went above and beyond to make sure all of our work was done well. He even did a re-paint for me when I was unhappy with the color I picked. He was willing to add more to our scope of work as we went along to get our house ready to sell. I would definitely recommend them.
