When I first met with the owner to discuss my needs, we walked the entire property and discussed specifically what work I needed performed. Leaves and downed branches from earlier wind storms would be removed from the yard areas and all garden areas would be raked and cleaned and be ready for spring planting. They removed most -- but certainly not all -- of the downed branches from the yard area, but DID NOT rake or clean the garden areas. The only thing they did was use a leaf blower to blow loose leaves, and even with the leaf blower they didn't get them all. They did ABSOLUTELY NO raking in the garden or any garden cleanup. My flower/garden areas looked the same as before they worked in my yard. I subsequently had to rake and clean these areas myself and in the period of less than 30 minutes, raked up 5 large trash bags of leaves and debris.Because I ended up performing a portion of the work myself, I know exactly how little time it actually took. What this said to me is this company is not concerned with doing a quality job but is focused on doing the very least amount of work possible in the very least amount of time. Customer service is not paramount to them - speed is all that matters. I had planned to use this company for weekly lawn maintenance, but will NOT be using them for any future work. When I contract for services, it is because I have a job that I need done and this company did not do the job.

His pricing is very reasonable. He does good work. He is very thorough.
