I used the furnace all winter without problem. I made several calls to get the A/C and quot;setand quot; once spring/summer 2014 came. Rich was hard to get a hold of. There were multiple phone numbers that all went directly to voice mail with no greeting-human or robot. Rich failed to show for an appointment on June 19th 2014 to finish the central A/C. At that point I left multiple voice mails and emails and got no response. I had a company come out and estimate how much it would be to finish the A/C and wanted them to look at the furnace as well as I was becoming worried about the company. After the 6th voice mail, I stated that I had been speaking with an attorney. Rich called back with minutes driving home from FL with an elaborate story. He stated he was going to call and come the next morning and finish the A/C. I told him what a local HVAC company told me about his furnace installation. He denied all problems and said he would have the city inspect the furnace. He did not call or come the next day. I've never heard from him. I did investigate the address on the invoice for the new furnace/AC and found that it was an abandoned P.O. Box in Arvada. I've been trying to pursue damages through small claims but I don't even have a last name or valid address for Rich. It has been a complete nightmare. I'm not alone, it sounds as though ALL Seasons Mechanical has done this to many people. Two legitimate HVAC companies in Denver said it was and quot;the worst furnace installationand quot; they had ever seen. It was dangerously wired though a light bulb in my crawl space. The new A/C has been sitting there with the back panel half way off all winter. According to two companies it can not even been hooked up at this point because the furnace was sitting on the dirt crawlspace floor and there was nowhere for the condensation from the a/c to drain. Rich used tape to connect the furnace to the ductwork and the unit is crooked and unlevel. The companies could not tell if damage had been done to the furnace or A/C. Rich cut the pipes from the house for the central a/c and left them exposed all winter. Lugene McKnight is the owner of the company and apparently lives in Arvada CO HELP! I've complained with CO attorney general, the BBB, 9news, and 7 news.
Description of Work: Installed a new furnace in my home December 2013 (Winter of 2014). Rich set a new Central A/C unit outside the home but told me he could not install it until spring/summer.

They came to set up a new water heater. They put in a boiler. I went through everything and they pitched me a waterless water heater to be attached to the wall. Things didn't work. They took it upon themselves to change the water heater to a free standing tank. Much larger and unnecessary. The workers were a little creepy. When they installed the thermostats they just never worked. What they did put in downstairs, I have such a small house and they have pipes all over the place. One of the pipes had given way and I put a can under it. A pro would have done a much better job. It was very very bad work. My basement looks embarrassing.

It took two days to complete the bulk of my project. Rich was friendly, punctual and efficient. There were a few gaps from vent to duct that had to be sealed after they were finished. Rich came out and fixed those within a few days. Other than that, all went pretty smoothly.
Description of Work: All Seasons Mechanical installed all new rigid duct work throughout my home, serviced my furnace, serviced my ac and did some minor electrical wiring.

Icalled Rich to tell him his new furnace was leaking in early October 2012. He blamed the old humidifier until I sent him pictures. I scheduled 3 appointments for this repair before Rich finally showed up. He "no-called and no-showed" us several times. I lost a total of 3 days of vacation making appointments for Rich's schedule that he never bothered to show up to or call us ahead of time. After three attempts to fix the leaking pipe Rich couldn't fix the leak. He tried to blame everything from shifting soils, my handywork and his former colleagues for the leak. I took the job on myself with some clear RTV sealant and fixed it the first try. Strike 2. The Humidfier installation went bad twice. First of all, he installed the "backflow preventer" valve "BACKWARDS" and cut the cord of the humidifier unit and "hotwired" it to the furnace. Strike 3 and Strike 4. Strike 3 I successfully fixed myself. The valve clearly had markings indicating "Water Flow This Way --->." Strike 4 almost turned to a catastrophic failure as it turned into an electrical fire that nearly burned down the house. I called Rich first thing in the morning (7:30 am - voicemail ) about the electrical fire on April 2nd, along with three other contractors. Since I had not heard from him, I took the best rated HVAC contractor from Angie's List " Plumbline" and Mike met me at the home at 9:15 am. He fixed several of Rich's messes. Re-installed the humidifier correctly and identified a major mold issue on the inside of the furnace unit (4 months old). This later turned out to be a major find as our young toddler had major respiratory issues since moving to Denver. Since we fixed it ourselves, our Son has been looking and feeling great! Rich cordially returned my call 3 days later and said he would take care of the bill ($165) for the repair. It has now been 30+ days and Rich has not lived up to his word or even placed a call. These guys are HACKS!
Description of Work: We were stuck with Rich at AllSeason Mechanical because of a repair order on our home contract. Long story short, we would not buy the house until the furnace was replaced. The property manager/Previous Owner - Jamis Companies (another one to stay away from) hired this gem. We moved into the home (after the work was completed) to find the basement flooding and the "NEW" furnace exhaust return (installed by Rich and Co) leaking. The leaking rusted the bottom of our brand new Trane furnace and created a mold cesspool that was spread throughout the house. Strike 1. My family had respiratory issues for months. Humidifier installation from Rich and Co. almost burned down the house. Strike 2. Rich's warranty is as good as his word. Strike 3 and 4. I wouldn't let these guys install a garden hose. (read below for details) Cliff notes: -Rich has no respect for your time (he missed 4 or 5 appointments - no show, no call) -Furnace install created a mold problem. -Family had respiratory issues for 6 months. -No provision for furnace filter (had to make one myself) -Humidifier installation was improperly wired - HVAC expert who fixed his mess called it a "hack hot-wire job" -Caused electrical fire in basement that almost burned down our hose.

The contractor failed to complete a job that should have taken a week in 4 months. The system I ordered from the contractor initially and that we agreed would be installed could not be obtained by the contactor so the contractor recommended a different system that I reluctantly agreed to. There were several delays getting that system. When it finally arrived the contractor told me that he was not satisfied with it. During the installation the contractor bent the cover of the unit.Which was eventually replaced. I was not at home when the unit was installed but I came home to fine the unit leaking from at least four point in the system. I walked in my house and could hear the water spraying. Apparently the contactor had turned on the system and left without checking it. Had I not come home to turn off the water it could have flooded my basement. The heating unit was installed in such a way as to make reading the gauges difficult without a mirror. The unit was also installed with some of the piping off level which probably contributed to the continued leaking. On many occasions I had to call the contractor to come back a fix items he had promised to fix. Often he would not show up on these occasions and not call me. I had to call him to find out way he had not shown up. This happened on at least 8 occasions. The contractor left cigarette butts in my yard. The work was not completed I still have a small leak in the system and I had to get another contractor to finish the baseboard heat install. After I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau the contractor contacted me to correct the work but again failed to show up. His response to the BBB claimed the issues had been resolved however aside from calling me a promising to fix the issues I have not seen the contractor. After a week of waiting I finally called the contractor to tell him I was forced to find a more competent professional.
Description of Work: I contracted with All Seasons Mechanical to install a new hot water heating system in my residence, install new baseboard heating in my basement, and replace the heating pipes to the existing radiators.
