Description of Work: "Doug was the best. Hi guys were efficient thorough and did not leave giant messes all over the house. This was a new house we were in the process of buying and got surprised by the basement mold. Only negative was they left the ripped up carpet by the side of the house rather than take it away. |"

Description of Work: I called during a time that many mold restoration services were swamped w water damage cases. Doug provided basic diagnosis and extensive advice over the phone for a relatively simple mold problem, with the option to schedule service if theproblem turned out to be more extensive. Very kind and knowledgeable, will keep his phone number handy in case need the whole service!

Description of Work: This company responded quickly and was very professional. We were told we would have our estimate the next day and they delivered. They were accurate in there assessment of what needed to be done. The work was performed within the week and the team that did that work was on time, very professional (removed their shoes before coming in) and were very quick. We have not had a reoccurrence of the mold. We would hire this company again.

It was great!
Description of Work: All Clean responded to an inspection of our rafters in our home as a result of selling the property. They were timely, professional and cost effective. It was decided there was an old mold stain in the rafters and All Clean cleaned and sealed the spot plus certifiede their services. I will use them again in my real estate business and personal business.

The work from start to finish was very good. These guys were rather knowledgeable with the damp areas that I had in my home. They were able to put a system in place so that I would be certain that things would stay in order for a while. These guys were awesome! I would definitely give them A's straight through.
Description of Work: All Clean Restoration Services did a small amount of mold remediation. They also installed a ventilation stand as well as a vapor barrier in the basement.

Knowledgeable, professional, honest, punctual--the list of positive adjectives goes on and on. I highly recommend these guys. + -1 moreEverything was done completely to my satisfaction. When a previous job took longer than expected, Doug phoned me to let me know he'd be a little late. He was punctual, courteous, thorough in his explanations, and answered all of my questions. When he was done, the work area was clean and ready for the next phase of work (tile flooring). The work was completed on schedule and within the quoted time frame. The cost was in accordance with the estimate. I was provided with documentation of the entire job and a certificate guaranteeing that the mold remediation was complete.
Description of Work: The problem toilet and the carpet were removed; the contaminated subfloor beneath and around the toilet was replaced. The joists under the subfloor were thoroughly inspected, along with the wall behind the toilet and the ceiling of the room below. All wood surfaces adjacent to the new subfloor were treated to kill any lingering mold and prevent new mold from growing. All work was done under negative pressure to prevent airborne mold particles from spreading through the home.

We were relocating from Charlotte to Denver and did not know how things would go handling this remotely. We had a tight timeline to have the work completed and be ready for the movers. Doug and his crew got the job done, stayed in contact along the way, stuck to the schedule and did everything possible to minimize delays.
Description of Work: Provided remediation services including removal of mold, securing basement from further moisture damage, vapor barrier installation, sump pump tune-up, and provided useful knowledge and education on care of the crawl space.
