ACL was not successful in leveling my concrete slab to prevent water pooling in front of the steps. They were very responsive to attempting again but pointed out that its contract clearly stated it was not responsible. The pooling is even worse after its repair so I am left with a hazard for water and ice in front of my entrance. My advice: Read the ACLs contract which I was not made aware until they were at my front door ready to work. Might have interviewed other companies.

CREW WAS ON TIME AND COURTEOUS. $$ MINIMUM TO COME TO JOB SITE, BUT ADVISOR LOOKED TO SEE WHAT OTHER JOBS WERE NEEDED TO GET TO THE MINIMUM $$. GOT MORE DONE THAN WE ORIGINALLY PLANNED AND IT WAS ALL BADLY NEEDED ANYWAY. WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

ACL did a great job. They lifted the front walkway, fixed and sealed the crack between the step, and filled all of the voids under the porch and patio. The crew was friendly and professional.

I gave 5 stars for value for the money, but the proof can only come with time. Cautiously optimistic.

I was very impressed with ACL. They called me right away to schedule and were right on time for both the estimate and the actual appointment. They were quick and thorough with leveling our uneven slab and were very courteous working around our stuff. We moved furniture but the wall they were on had a TV mounted on it. They came and asked for a blanket to cover it just in case any of the filler sprayed unexpectedly.

I had Advanced Concrete Lifting come out yesterday and repair the upper section of our driveway that was pretty badly cracked. Sections were at different heights, which posed a tripping hazard. Plus the edge of the driveway where it meets the garage floor was about 1 1/2" lower. ACL mudjacked the pieces back together, so now they are all at the same height, including at the garage floor. Then they used a caulking that was concrete colored, and filled in all the cracks From a distance it looks like a new driveway. This is the second time I've used ACL. They mudjacked the front door steps in Oct 2018 back up to level, so they are no longer a slip hazard when wet or icy. The same two guys that did the front steps did our driveway yesterday. They also arrived right at the scheduled time for both jobs. I highly recommend Advanced Concrete Lifting. They are professional, very good at what they do, and reasonably priced. I am very pleased with the service provided by ACL. The crew lifted and caulked a settled and cracked patio slab that butted directly against the foundation of my home. Their skill and experience was apparent and the completed project exceeded my expectations. One thing that I was most satisfied with was that when Jacob came to estimate the work I had some unusual specifications which he was able to accommodate easily. ACL s pricing was significantly more reasonable and Jacob never tried to upsell me, something I usually find annoying. Outstanding service! Jacob came out and provided one of three estimates I got to lift portions of my basement floor that had fallen. The ACL bid was comprehensive, fair and reasonable...and Jacob offered a military discount without my asking for it. The following week, Jacob and Nick were back to do the work. They were in/out in a couple hours and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. This is an amazing technology and ACL has mastered it perfectly. My basement floor has been restored to the way it was 14 years ago.
