AAA Window Cleaning

Roger did a great job, was on time, and was quick to come by and give a quote.

Roger was on time and had all the right equipment for the job. He was very pleasant and efficient. He did a great job cleaning our windows and screens which were quite dirty from recent construction. He moved furniture when necessary to access the insides of the windows and put everything back carefully. He let us know which windows and screens were in need of repair. We will definitely use him again next year.

Roger did a great job cleaning our windows and screens! He showed up on time, returned calls quickly, and truly went above and beyond when I asked if he could replace the screen on our sliding glass door.
This sliding screen door turned out to be a really difficult job. This was a wooden slider, probably installed in 1978, with several holes. Now we know why no one ever tried to replace the screen before! If I had tried to do it myself, we would have ending up installing a new door and screen slider this weekend!!
Roger was able to remove the screen without causing any surrounding damage (the installers basically had boxed the screen into the track), and eventually took it with him as "homework" so he could use the right tools for the job. He returned the screen the following day and it looks fantastic.
On a side note, when he stopped by to give me an estimate, he actually helped me out with a little plumbing problem under my kitchen sink. We are new to the area, and hadn't really met any neighbors yet. it was so nice to have someone help me sort it out until my husband was able to get home with the right parts that evening. That is just the kind of guy Roger is.
I highly recommend Roger for any service and I am sure we will be seeing him again!

Normal services provided include window washing (outside and inside) and clearning gutters.  I called AAA to come and estimate costs for these services, knowing that the windows needed immediate attention. When Roger came to make an estimate, I asked if he could repair the vinyl strips that were coming off on the west side of the house, exposing the interior walls to water damage if it rained. I didn't even know how deteriorated they were until we looked at them together. 
Using his contracting skills, he helped to locate the materials needed and showed up early the next day. It took all day to repair four large windows and wash everything, but timing was perfect: we had a major downpour three hours later.  A week and four major storms later (yes, more than two inches in July), the windows are so clean, I keep looking to see if they are open or closed. We agreed that the gutters could wait and he will contact me in the fall when normal gutter cleaning takes place.  I appreciated the fact that Roger reorganized his schedule for me, and saved me much greater expense from almost certain damage.  The windows are now better than new, and will be cleaned regularly.
