+ -1 moreWe had standing water in our basement from our water heater. Abe was highly professional, punctual, and accurate in his estimate. He not only gave great advice on a replacement, he also helped with our heater when it went out.I cannot recommend ALS Mechanical more highly. Trust is scarce in these times, but you can trust Abe to be fair and honest.
Description of Work: ALS Mechanical replaced our badly leaking water heaters.

Description of Work: We were called the night before to conform our furnace install. Our appointment was for 8am and they arrived ten minutes early. The install time took 4 hours and he brought space heaters just in case we got cold while they were installing the new furnace. When we had decided to go with ALS Mechanical we had already obtained three other estimates that came in around $2500 more than what ALS Me handicap had quoted. ALS was referred to us by friends who had used them before. They also provided referrals. We were very satisfied with the company and will use them in the future and have referred them to our neighbors.

+ -1 moreHe was reluctant to get a permit, but decided to get one when we told him he could not do the work unless he did. When he did get the permit it was not even in his company name. Once he installed the furnace it failed 6 different inspections, and other damages to the home because of poor installation. It finally passed the 7th inspection, but only because my husband had to finish the work. He, Abe, was constantly making mistakes because he refused to read the manual for the furnace. This was one of the biggest messes we have ever been involved in. I would have to recommend that others not use this company for any type of service, repair or installation.
Description of Work: I hired this company to install a new furnace and A/C.
