The ladies arrived and quickly got to work. They worked in different locations while I worked on decluttering areas of the house. I'm trying to simplify before some remodeling that is happening over the next few months. They worked for hours and were friendly and efficient. This is the best money I've spent in a long time. The house is immaculate and my appliances look brand new. They were polite and very professional. Once the remodel is complete, I will call Aja and have the same team return. I'm not used to having others helping. I'm looking forward to the next cleaning session.

I wrote to a lot of the companies listed on here and this one was the only one that followed through with answering questions, sending someone to look at my home, and then submitting an estimate. When they come to clean, three ladies usually show up and it takes them about an hour to clean. They're fast! Everything looks really clean and my carpet has never looked better. I like that they bring their own supplies. I can tell they even clean the pictures on the wall because sometimes I'll find one or two crooked. It's nice to know they have such close attention to detail that even the things on the wall get dusted!!

They were very prompt, did what they said they were going to do and arrived with everything just like they indicated. I was very pleased with the service, and I couldn't believe the price, it was unbelievably reasonable!

We are so very pleased with the service we get from A Classic Touch Cleaning. They really care about doing a good job. They are family owned, and we feel they are invested in doing a good job. They clean rooms from top to bottom -- from the celing fans to the baseboards. And, the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

We have been very pleased so far. They do a thorough cleaning job and are accomodating to our additional requests. They even tolerate our two (sometimes overly friendly) dogs. We will continue to utilize their services on an on-going basis.

They vacuum, dust, do the floors and clean the ceiling fans which is really nice. They clean the windows, bathrooms, and clean the kitchen. If I leave sheets out for them, they will change them. They do a good job and do what I ask them to do. The only thing I do not like is they come in later in the day so when I get home they are still here sometimes. I have emailed them about that and last week when I got home they were still here but, getting ready to leave. I will continue to use them. I think the price is fine. They do more work.

A Classic Touch (ACT) is a family owned business, and I think that makes them more flexible than the big companies. It certainly makes them more affordable. We are a two-working-parent household with a 2 year old and another baby coming, and we just can't stay on top of the cleaning. But we're also on a budget (shocker!). I got estimates from at least 8-10 different companies, heard all their schpiels, and finally decided on ACT. So far it's been a great decision! Their rates are far more reasonable than almost any other company I interviewed, and for the same services! But they wouldn't give me even a ballpark estimate without coming to see our house. I was a little annoyed about that, but I'm glad they came, because their estimate was so much more reasonable (like 40% more reasonable) than the others that we could actually hire them! Plus, I had read rave reviews about them here on Angie's list, and I like supporting local businesses, so I was happy to give them a try. One thing I learned while researching house cleaners is that the small or single-person companies are often not bonded or insured, and while I needed a low price, I was not willing to allow someone into my home when I'm not there without some kind of guarantee. But ACT is bonded and insured, so combined with their rates and excellent reviews, it was actually a pretty easy decision. So what about the service? Outstanding! Our house was filthy (I mean, we cleaned regularly, but it really needed a deep clean) and unlike the other companies I interviewed, they didn't charge extra for their first visit. The house was sparkling and smelled awesome when we got home! And every visit since then, they seem to have tackled another area that we didn't even know existed - like the tops of our cabinets and china hutch. Awesome! The only reason I have them less than Excellent on professionalism is because they don't have or do some of the things that bigger more "professional" companies do, like wear uniforms. They have a very limited website (and for a constant web user, I found that annoying), don't do online estimates, and don't always answer their phone. But that being said, they're always very responsive, especially through digital communications. When we've had to make scheduling adjustments due to holidays or a sick husband, they've been terrific! It's been easy to contact them through email and even text messaging, so even though it seems less "professional", my experience has been fast, easy, and responsive. And that's what I need!! And uniforms? What do uniforms have to do with quality or service? I'd rather skip the uniform and have a lower rate :). My husband was dubious when I told him we were hiring a cleaning service - when every dollar counts, he couldn't understand why we should pay someone to do something we are capable of doing ourselves. But time really IS money, and since we both work, our evenings and weekends with our daughter, family, and friends are especially precious, and we hate to waste them cleaning. Plus, the cleaners clean, but we still have all the other stuff to deal with, you know, the clutter. And since we don't have to worry about the cleaning now, the clutter is getting far more attention, yay! By the third visit from ACT, my husband agreed with me that they are worth every penny we spend on them, and he's VERY happy we have them. So in summary, my family is VERY pleased with A Classic Touch, and we happily recommend them to anyone.).

Really great. Incredible job cleaning at a really reasonable price. They are now doing regular cleans (every 3 weeks - they'll work with your schedule), and we're thrilled. Just call them first and you won't have to waste your time.

Attention to detail is superb!

Very good job and very conscientious. Knew what he was doing and completed the window washing in very short time. EXCELLENT. I will definitely use A Classic Touch Cleaning to do my windows again in the future.

A very good experience overall.

A Classic Touch Cleaning does a fabulous job for us. We originally hired them to clean our house with a DEEP CLEAN! They did it completely. Since then, they come in bi-weekly - I am one of those that normally has to clean after the cleaners leave (which is why we stopped using companies for our personal properties) and I have never had to touch up when they leave. We were so pleased that we began using them for our local business. We know it will be done right from deep cleans, to move-out cleans, to maintenance cleans! On those rare occasions where it wasn't perfect (everyone is human), Aja gladly went back out to make it right.

Called and left two voicemails regarding move in/move out cleaning services for my rental in Castle Rock over the past three weeks. Company never returned my call. Unprofessional.

Overall the job is done every 2 weeks and it's excellent . I would refer them to everyone . I really like the added touch of the fresh flowers they leave after every cleaning

They go above and beyond. They made the bed, even though I was out of town. I didn't ask them too. The house was impeccable. They come when we're not here; we trust them. They know that I have crazy cats, and they sometimes try to escape. They are sensitive about knowing where the cats are. They have come three times now. The price is very reasonable.

When I arrived in my house I almost cried. The house looks fantastic as I did not clean the house for a year. They had given attention to detail from front gate to the bath tub. They were very professional.
