5280 Appliance

When we first called jeff, he gave us a 2 hour window time fram. Then he called us to let us know he was on his way. When he figured out the problem he told us the normal going price to replace the heating element on are dyer. He even had a blue book to show us what it should have cost. He explained that he was a new company owner and that his number one goal was return customers. the blue book price was 245. he did the job for 175. This is the 2nd time we have had are dyer worked on. first time it was a motor that needed replaced. It cost 315 with the bigger company. Trust us use a smaller company who cares. Jeff showed us his licence and insurance. No company has ever done that before. he saves you money and does not have 10 stops to run in 1 days so he has time to explaine things to you. give him a chance you will not regret it.

The whole process was a snap. It was very easy to call and schedule the appointment. The owner, Jeff, answered the call and had me set up for the same day, later with a morning appointment. The owner showed up on time and gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. Friendly, professional, on-time. They explained what he were going to do. I originally called sears. They took 3 days to get out to me. When they arrived, they explained i needed a new drive coupler on my washer and told me it would take them a week to get out with the part. Not only that but they quoted me $225 for the total job. Needless to say i was not happy. So I decided to use angies list. Jeff fixed the problem the same day i called. Here is the best part. He only charged me $125.00. Yep he was a $100 cheaper and fixed it same day. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff. He did a terrific job, never stopped hustling around even for a minute, and I and my family felt very comfortable around them. This is the first Angie's List review of a service company I have ever written, and we give 5280 appliance a perfect score. A great company and great value, I highly recommend them. We now have a appliance tech for life. Thank you Jeff
