I started with a modest budget, but ran into many problems bringing an old building up to code. Ken saw this, and instead of ripping me off, he was extremely kind and helpful - showing me how to do some small things myself to save on labor costs (demolition, hauling debris, tearing up carpet, painting, etc.). He even loaned me tools to do these things, including leaving his trailer there for several days so I didn't have to rent a garbage bin. Ken worked closely with me and was always in contact and kept me updated. He truly went above and beyond what I could have expected, and I could not be more happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor in the area.
Description of Work: Ken Wagner Construction recently remodeled a commercial space for my business, making a dingy space with a single, ugly wall in the middle into a cafe. We added bathrooms, a kitchen area, and put a lot of work into repairing an old building.
