ADOBE GOLD PROPERTIES

We contacted Charlie, with Adobe Gold, in June 2011, and a couple of weeks later, met with him to look over properties. We had a specific property in mind, and he wanted to take us to see that one, and possibly a few more as well. We looked over the property that we initially contacted him to see, and he voice a couple of concerns about us living full-time there - as it might be snow-bound for a portion of the winter. He quickly scoped what exactly we were looking for, and said he had a property that he thought we might like - and he was right! The new property he showed us was one that we fell in love with immediately, and purchased just a couple of months later. What really impressed me about his suggestion, though, was that the property we purchased was $50K less than the one we initially wanted to see - Charlie's sales method is all about getting you to the right property, NOT about making a higher commission for Adobe Gold. We are thrilled with our property purchase, and have referred several friends to Adobe Gold for their purchases.
