Description of Work: From my initial phone call with Phil I felt I was in the right hands, he listened and offered to come to the property the next day to check the leaking problems on the roof after a strong wind/rain storm in the desert. He was honest and direct and squeezed my property' needs into his already high season busy schedule. He and his crew were very respectful of my home and gave me the trust and confidence to hire them again in the future in needed. Not to mention the 5 year guarantee of their great work on my roof :)

Description of Work: Redo of full tile roof on home in Palm Springs CA

Description of Work: I went out to four companies, checked references, liability insurance and workers compensation. These are a must. They started Monday morning at 7:00 AM sharp. Took off all the tile and stacked in piles so that they could clean the roof of any debris and sand. They added new underlay and then proceeded to add new vents, new flashing, etc and put all file back in place. They were very professional, did a great job of cleaning up even blowing out the dust in my garage. The crew were prompt and very hard working and completed everything in four days. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

My storage unit needed some roof work and the work was completed to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: I live in La Quinta, CA. I called Elite Roofing because of the good reviews on Angie's List. I was happy to find out they work in the Coachella Valley. I called them because I'd recently bought a house, a foreclosure, and had a link in the bedroom during the first rain storm a few months later. I was calling to see if it could be repaired and to get an evaluation of the overall condition of the roof. They returned my call very quickly and we were very easily able to find a time that fit in my schedule. They arrived on time, and ready to look at my roof. They looked at my roof and gave me an updated list of things that might need to be done in the future, and said that the leaky spot was simply a hole in the point of entry where the services enter my house. They said it was a quick fix and a small patch, and charged me nothing. I was shocked! Very friendly service. Very honest. Give them a try.

Description of Work: We noticed water stains in our family room, a corner of a kitchen cabinet, and a corner of our guest room. First we looked on Angies list then called a contractor we knew to get a further recommendation. Phil at Elite turned out to be the best possible choice. He explained in detail the problems we were having which extended the water damage more then we thought. Our house was built in the 60's and in the 80's a roof was replaced with clay tile. Phil and his crew were here within days and solved not only the present problem but protected us from further damage. Tiles were removed a quarter way up the back side of the roof and new roof paper was installed, all the pipes coming out of the roof were re-sealed, the water cooler on the roof was re-balanced and the leak from the cooler was repaired. New shingles around around the water cooler and the entire unit was balanced and stablized. We also had a flat roof area which was sealed with two coats of protective sealent. Phil then had some great people come inside the house and repair the corner of the bedroom which had some mildrew and water damage. Sheet rock was replaced the area was treated and dried inside and we were thankful it turned out not to be a major disaster. The water spots in the family room were all repaired so you would never know we had a problem at all. Also I wish to mention that over 30 broken clay tiles were replaced.

Description of Work: Removed old roof, replaced 8 plywood panels (4' x 8' panels) which had dry rot, installed new 30 year roof (110 MPH rating.)

Description of Work: What a great experience, if a roof leak can be called great! We had a severe leak in our roof with interior damage. The exterior damage was extensive, involving a flat garage roof, flashing, roof tiles and damage under the tiles. Phil, the owner, not only took care of the exterior of the roof but also provided someone to repair and repaint the interior damage as well. In addition he removed and hauled away an old swamp cooler not being used. Phil's quote was in line with another one I received. Phil returned my phone call Immediately, came out for an estimate ASAP, started the work the next day and finished exterior and interior work within 2 1/2 days. The work was excellent. The textured interior ceiling was a perfect match to the old ceiling. Phil and his team were professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. They were very careful and cleaned up everything from the construction.
