They were great. It went perfectly. They were on time, clean and did excellent work. It was a small job and it was interesting that they usually do things like kitchen and bathroom with big tile work. It was nice that they took this small job and it was like $300 but they usually do like a $10,000 job. It was very impressive that they were able to come and did the tile work in our shower. They were very accurate and they've been trustworthy. We have a finished home so the tile is very important to the way it look, the installation, the grouting filled and this was very professional, artistic and precisely done.

The tile co responded that they were sure there we no more broken tiles. So sure that if I found any more, they would gladly replace them. I took them at their word and carefully took possession of the tiles. A few months later, when I hired a tile installer to install the tiles, he advised me that when he broke open the last case, nearly all the tiles were broken (a dozen or more). He advised that he could not finish the job because he was 2 tiles short. I then returned to the store and advised them of my issue. They informed me that there was nothing they could do. I reminded them of their promise to me a few months earlier, showed them my receipt, but they did not seem to care. I proceeded to dump the broken tiles in their dumpster and they rudely ran me off.
Description of Work: The provider ordered some ceramic tile for me for my two bathrooms. When the tile came in, I pointed out that many of the tiles in one certain box were broken. They acknowledged the broken tiles in the box. I expressed my concerns that there may be many more broken tiles in other boxes that we can not see. I advised them that I wanted to look at all the tiles in between.
